Brought in a Motherboard for RMA. ASUS has very specific packaging requirements that this FedEx office was more than willing to put together for me. Highly appreciated that level of service and can do additude.

I was inquiring about getting some items shipped from TX to MS. He was nice enough to tell me to purchase boxes from Walmart or Home Depot but I was told to go online or call FedEx for rates. Lol. I asked if he could check and he told me no. I came in store for assistance because online was confusing and I’m sure phone service will also be confusing. Thanks a lot.

I called multiple shops around town for a next day print job I needed for a BIG business presentation and these guys said they could get it done for me. I physically went into the store the day before I needed it done and the guy working said to call when they opened to connect with whoever was working to relay the deadline importance and to confirm the job details so I did. Unfortunately for me when I went to pickup my order, they had only made 2/10 copies I needed and it was less than an hour til they closed so I'll I'm SOL because of their incompetence. I had even emailed them the order quantities and details and clearly he never pulled up that email. So now I'm sitting here less than a day from the sales meeting and they've made their incompetence MY PROBLEM. Do not trust these guys for your print needs. If they can't follow the instructions from a simple email, then they shouldn't be in business. I'll never come here again.
