Overpriced furniture In my opinion.. Also they don't offer delivery, or at least that's what. I was told today when I went to buy some mattresses. The gentleman I spoke to today recommended I stuff them in my Dodge journey, and take them home.

I absolutely love Jim and Tami and the team at Furniture King... they have been sooo kind and gracious in one of the biggest transitions in my life... I love my living room, dining room and bedroom furniture.I highly recommend Furniture King for quality furniture and quality service from quality people.

I haven’t even got my furniture and I’m already upset with the store. I went in the store on 03/15 paid for furniture cash and was promised the item would be delivered to the store between 17-21 to find out they are CLOSED on the 21st called on the 22nd for them to give the time frame 25th it’s a week difference and time is of the essence I could have went with a cheaper company and got it in the same time frame. I went with this company because the assured it’ll be here sooner. Last time purchasing from company and If my items don’t arrive by the 25th I will demand a refund.

On a whim we decided to stop at Furniture King. To our surprise, we found a chaise lounge for the bedroom almost as soon as we walked in. We have been looking at other furniture stores for a couple of weeks now and we were always just a little disappointed that we couldn't find the exact one. Furniture King took a little of my stress away. I'll definitely shop here again.

If you need good quality furniture and want to buy it from honest people then go here. We went to several furniture stores for their big sales... Every other store had poor quality furniture and really aggressive sales techniques. Years ago we bought furniture from Furniture King and it held up incredibly well. So after going around to several stores we stopped in. I can not explain how everything in this experience was so much better. The prices are amazing, the quality is great, the owner is honest and there is zero pressure. We will be buying all of our furniture for our new home here.

UPDATE 1: we called on Monday, and he told us it would be mid July. When we said we would like to cancel our order, he asked us to call back on Wednesday.UPDATE 2: we called back on Wednesday, and he asked us to call back at 4:30pm. If he ask us to call back tomorrow, we will be going in to handle our refund.So the customer service here was great. As well as the prices and the furniture here is great.My only issue is, I’ve ordered a bed may 22. We were told it would be 1-3 weeks for delivery because it was coming from California. And that he would keep us updated. I wasn’t happy about the time line but had been looking for a good day bed for awhile to use for my family when they came to visit. Which I did delay since I didn’t have the bed for them to spend the night on.On June 5th we called on the status of our bed. Because we hadn’t been called in 2 weeks. He told us it would be another 4 weeks. And he would keep us updated with calls and texts. It’s June 27th now. Which he still has 6 days to deliver. But we haven’t been updated at all since June 5th and he said he would let us know the delivery date so we could make sure we were home that day. I would not have agreed to this purchase if I had known it would turn into a 6 week wait.We plan on calling again Monday June 28th.I’m pretty disappointed in the lack of updates that he promised us. If it’s another couple weeks wait when we call, I do plan on canceling the order and purchase a different day bed as I have family coming over July 3rd and need a bed for them. I will update my review based off how the owner handles our call/refund.

They have nice pieces at somewhat reasonable prices for the quality. I rated two stars because I walked in and spent about 10 minutes walking through the store and not once was I greeted by an employee. I had questions about the mattresses, which there were very few on display from what I could see, but nobody was around so I left.

Jim, the owner, is a stand up guy! Goes above and beyond in customer service. We have bought several items from him. He puts the customer first. He wants to help you any way he can... reliable, reasonably priced and excellent customer service.

The price was reasonable for a full mattress. Got one for my youngest daughter. The owner was friendly the first time my wife and kids went up there to look for a bed. But my wife went back with her friend and they got there right when it opened. The guy helped put the mattress on the back of the truck. But claimed he didn’t know how to use straps. So they figured it out. But how are you going to own a furniture store and not know how to use straps? They stated he seemed annoyed that they were there and was stand offish. Not very good customer service on their part. He didn’t even try to help with the straps once he said he didn’t know how to he went back inside and closed the garage portion of the building. That’s just rude. I would of been there if I could but I work out of town.
