Saturday night at 7:00 went in to check on a delivery date and spent 20 minutes looking around. The “sales” people (3 that I saw) set at the desk at the far end and never bothered to get up and see what it was we were looking for. This never happens at Haverty’s, so back we go to find the needed items.

We always have a wonderful experience at Furniture Row, our salesman Jonah was awesome! The furniture piece we purchased is unique and the selection from this particular manufacturer had more pieces available. We really appreciate the service, item selection and ease of purchasing items from Furniture Row. My family and I had a great experience shopping for two bedrooms set here. Stacey was the manager on site who helped us, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy or high-pressure—which we really appreciated. We also visited another store before coming here, and the difference was night and day. She made the process easy and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We had Shane as a salesman. He introduced himself and left us alone to shop which I appreciated, I hate when salespeople follow you around while you’re trying to shop and he didn’t so that was a plus. Once we decided, he explained everything throughly and completed the sale efficiently. We were very pleased with our experience with this store.
