I purchased a dinning room chair several days ago and had a terrible experience with Jonah and his manager Joel. Jonah has a very bad attitude, sense of entitlement and ZERO customer service skills. After purchasing my chair he asked me to draw a diagram of my dinning room because they get credit when customers do that. I told him I wasn't interested in doing that so he said that's okay I'll just make it up. So he starts drawing what he guesses my dinning room looks like right in front of me. I asked him if he was going to get credit for that and he said yes. I said but I didn't draw it then he says it's fine he already has 2 for the day. As I was leaving I asked to speak to Jonah's manager Joel. I told him what happened and when I said I didn't appreciate Jonah lying to give himself credit Joel smiled at me. I wasn't joking or telling a funny story so I have no idea why he would smile when a customer is complaining about a negative experience in the store. I then spoke to the regional manager several days later and he took my complaint seriously and I feel confident he will address the issue though I don't remember his name. So if you go to this location avoid Jonah and Joel.

12/31/21-Steven and Jonah were extremely helpful. We found a king bed that would match our current dresser. It was on clearance and they helped us find all the pieces and helped load it up in our truck. We put the bed together and it is awesome quality.

Where to start. Told 10-14 days for delivery of item that advertised as "availabile now". In reality took over a month. I had to call the store constantly for updates. Was told to be delivered on a Monday but delivery was cancelled without notification. Took a day off from work for nothing. Just sat around waiting for a table to not be delivered. Table then delivered on following Friday but came broken. The sales man Jonah was hard to get a hold of during this entire time. I guess I have a table coming today, but it's a loaner until the table I ordered arrives not broken. This is over the course of now 32 days...for a dining room set. Nothing crazy, just 4 chairs and a table

This is a great store with a great variety of furniture selection. Lucy, our sales assistant was wonderful, she had excellent knowledge about the items and was very friendly. We had a situation that we needed to change on our order, and the store manager, Joel was incredibly helpful and worked with us, at the end he resolved a situation for us that we were very pleased and thankful for. You will not be disappointed!!!

Ok furniture and selection but customer service is horrible. Will not give delivery times until 6:30 the night before which does not give working people time to plan. Was very rude and said that's the way we do it. I spent $4500 to be treated like s**** Will never buy from them again.

I waited almost two months for my furniture to come. When I finally received the call that my furniture was ready for delivery, I was super excited. I confirmed a deliver date and made a whole lot of arrangements so I could be home to accept the delivery. On the day of the delivery, I was told it was a misunderstanding and even though they confirmed the day, basically too bad so sad but they could arrange delivery the next day. Seriously!! So now I have to lose another day of work and HOPE it is not another misunderstanding. I have been a customer of this store for years but the attitude of the staff that took my call just guaranteed I will not be back. If I could get a refund I would and take my business elsewhere. I spent too much money to be subject to this level of customer service.

Got a great deal. Spent $6,000.00 on a living room set, a mattress set and a bedroom set. That's where it ended. Upon delivery, they noticed that someone from the warehouse removed all the required hardware needed to put the bedroom set together. I spent the next 3 hours with Daniel at the store trying to get things right. He said the warehouse had the hardware and wanted to reschedule for Monday to put everything together (the delivery was Saturday). After several hours, he said the last delivery truck left about 10 minutes ago. I asked him why they didn't put the hardware on the truck. He didn't know and it was clear that he wouldn't do anything until Monday. So, it looks like for the next few nights, my wife will be on the couch and I'll be on the floor. So much for customer service.

So-chi, thanks for all the help. This is a great furniture studio. They sell stylish durable furniture. This is my second time shopping there. They don't chase you around the store hounding you. It's like going to an art gallery browsing, and picking the art you want. Thanks, very satisfied.

My wife and I searched for 3 weeks, looking for our new living room set. We went to stores all over San Antonio, and New Braunfels. We wound up finding our set, that we love, at Furniture Row. The sales team was knowledgeable on their furniture, and did not hound us like others stores did. They were there if we had a question, but not pushy at all. I did give 4 stars, as they did not have 1 item on our invoice, that was not inputted into the order, but other than that, it was a great experience. Sherman, the manager of this store, was a great salesperson, and allowed me to come by and pick up the missing item from their floor display. I recommend Furniture Row for you next furniture purchase.

I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. Yes, they have very nice furniture and the prices aren't terrible but I have no idea how they stay in business. I went to get a few more matching chairs for family coming for the holidays, to go with the dining set my wife had previously purchased. I found the chairs myself before anyone asked me if I needed help, then I told the guy Jonah I wanted 3. He told me they needed to come from San Antonio and they'd be in the next day. He also asked If I wanted to pay while I was there or wait until the chairs came in to pay. I told him I'd pay part card and part cash but it didn't matter to me when I pay. He said just wait until it comes in and pay the whole balance. I said okay, he said he'd call me when it came in. So two days later, I didn't get a call so I had my wife call the store. They told my wife, the chairs were there but they weren't for me because I hadn't paid for them... they were first come first serve. So I went up to the store irritated obviously because they said they would call me but didn't and also because the chairs weren't ready for pickup even though I asked for them and the salesman told me wait to pay. I paid for the order and they told me it would be ready the next day. I waited until the day after they told me, just to see if they'd call to let me know my order was ready... again no call. I had my wife call again and they told her the chairs were ready. I'm normally not one to complain, I'd rather just not speak and no longer support the business but I ended up very frustrated with this business. I'm in sales as well and I take care of my customers from start to finish and this was completely opposite of how customers should be taken care of.

(One caveat: I have not bought here yet, so I cannot speak to the entire process, especially the post-purchase process.) Furniture Row is a huge space with loads of options. There's a variety of price ranges, but most things seemed to be a mid-range price. The friendly staff will stay attentive as you wander, but they won't hound you, which is nice. The furniture here is very similar in pricing and style to Rooms To Go, which is located across the highway, but the collection is different enough as to be worth the separate visit if you've gone to the other one already.

A few months overdue ! But I am beyond thrilled with my living room set. We saw a double leather loveseat on clearance, the associates were able to locate a matching couch on sale and a chair and a half in stock. We can back that afternoon to load and they were so helpful even after Business hours. A few days later they even called to ask how we were feeling about the purchase. A++ . Even though we live on the west side we will def be venturing back to this location !

I purchased a dining table and chairs from this store. The service was excellent and accommodating. I had scheduled the delivery to my home in Canyon Lake and asked to take a couple of the chairs home the day of purchase because I could fit them in my car. The store manager immediately deployed to have the chairs assembled and I was quickly on my way. The only glitch was a mistake on scheduled delivery day but again the store manager Joel made quick arrangements and happily the delivery happened as scheduled. The delivery included assembly and set up which happened very quickly in my home. I also liked the inventory in the showroom and plan to return for future purchases.

A few weeks ago I purchased a sofa from Furniture Row. The experience was fine-nothing out of the ordinary. When the sofa was delivered (in a timely manner, by extremely helpful delivery men) my husband and I discovered that we weren't as thrilled with it as we expected to be. Receipt in hand, we decided to see if Furniture Row really stood behind their promise to exchange purchases within a certain time frame (sorry, I don't remember the exact time). Happily, they do! We found a couch that we wanted to trade for, did so, and had the difference refunded to our credit card! The manager, Corey, even waived the fee to deliver our new sofa and pick up the one being returned. My husband and I were very pleased with the entire transaction, and will certainly be back!
