Clerk straight-up lied to me and told me I could return a used console for any reason as long as it's within 2 weeks. Turns out that's only if the console is defective. Dunno if that dude was just trying to make a sale or didn't know company policy but either way I really appreciate getting screwed out of $220. Speaking of which everything there is so overpriced it borders on extortion. Just use eBay. EDIT: Lmao and now it's my fault for not seeing a sign that conflicts with what an employee told me. Great damage control.

Bought a game from here for around 50$, game was broken and did not work so I went to return it and they only refund in store credit, even though they sold me a broken product. I took the store credit and went back to buy something with it but they could not find my account or my store credit so they basically just robbed me of $50 and claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service

Pretty good to buy video games from in Austin service they have everything in an old electronics that lets you want like a PS3 or PS4 they'll have it and I have a lot of video games and a lot of old consoles to you might want they're the best store in veteran GameStop keep up your good work on business I hope you send me a free something for thank you I want to be a product tester and test out video game consoles

Jose the guy working at the front counter was incredibly helpful. I went in just browsing to see what they’ve got and walked out a happy Collector when he offered a lower price for some Skylanders I was looking for almost 4 years. Highly recommend this amazing shop.

Jose was super helpful! They were a little busy (which is AWESOME!) but took the tame to make sure I got exactly what I needed and even made sure I had the correct cables. I will continue to buy and sell here for the foreseeable future.
