Brought in games to trade in, website had a promotion that read $5 extra on select game trades. Brought games that should qualify but employees told me none of them did. They told me only select games qualified. I said okay so I asked them to look how much $ I would get if I traded in one of the games pictured in the image on their website that featured this special trade bonus and lo and behold, it didn’t work in their system either.Employees had it proven to them using their own computers that the issue wasn’t with the games I brought in but an issue with their system not applying the promotion to anything at all, including items it should work with. Instead of manually adjusting the values they told me they could only offer me the lower credit amount so I took my games back.During this visit the staff, including one who was clearly off the clock working somewhere else, actively argued with a mother who was trying to price match a Pokemon toy for her son. This mother showed them that the item was in fact sold by Amazon directly but the manager kept saying “oh no it says here no sold by Amazon” when in fact the mother was right the whole time. They were clearly trying to not honor their price match policy.A more puzzling thing was the employee that was hanging out, off the clock, went out of his way to tell the manager that the price match wouldn’t work (he was wrong) while this mother was just trying to get a small discount on a toy for her kid. What is wrong with you? Why are you trying to protect a faceless corporation that will throw you under the bus anytime? The poor lady was just trying to get kids a toy and he went out of his way, UNPAID, to try to use some technicality to disqualify this woman’s meager discount.Not coming back to GameStop again, def not this one. It’s not like they will be around much longer anyway

It's no wonder GameStop is going down. After waiting in line 10 mins for a guy to buy a used controller and hear all about the new program they have, the guy at checkout asks me to get in the back of the line which had since formed to my right. I was next in line despite the 10+ people that had formed up. No one has an hour to wait for a quick exchange. Good riddance GameStop.

Got my son his Fazbear game for his Xbox 1s and they was super friendly and helpful on giving me information on the game console and what can be played on it. Great people ??

Hands down the best and only GameStop I will ever give my business to. Shout out to Ray who works here, he is without a doubt the best GameStop employee I have ever come across since going for the past 10+ years. Not only was he kind and professional, but also very understanding and made my returns easy and hassle free. I can’t speak highly enough of him. Please keep up the great work Ray and staff, you are the best!

Use to love this store several years ago and even worked for it when I was in High school. New management and employees have ruined this store's reputation.Had multiple bad experiences but the most recent was with an employee named Richard. This experience began over the phone when I called because the store online had this location as the only location in my area that had copies of Dead Island 2.I had 2 Questions when I called: Do you guys still have copies? and How many? But instead of asking me if I had a quick question or if I didn't mind being put on hold, I was immediately put on hold for over 10 minutes before calling back to finally get an answer.When I showed up at the store to make my purchase, he made an insulting remark during the carding process. I look young for my age and I didn't need an insulting remark to point that out.Last time I will ever go back to this location, thank you Richard for ruining any positive feelings I had left for this location.

Wanted to shout out Robey (I think that was the name on his tag - sorry if I got it wrong!) for the great customer service. He totally knew what was going on in all parts of the store, answered phones eloquently, was kind with me and other customers, and was so pleasant over all! Thank you for saving me with my last minute joycon before an out of state flight. Now I can play my switch on the plane!
