Tony Khalaf completed the paperwork of the deal. Initially I felt great. I 100% regret not slowing him down, questioning, and looking at every single line of every single paper I signed. What felt like efficiency seems more like hidden coverages purchased that I expressed I did not need. Now, so am stuck with about $2000 that apparently is unable to be cancelled… I was very happy with the deal we worked and ended up being offered “one thing” (actually was 4 things) during the finance signing… it was presented to me as one maintenance and extended warranty package. In reality, it was a maintenance package, extended warranty package, tire and wheel coverage package, and “door ding coverage”… I was told today, when I went in to cancel what I thought was a $3500 warranty maintenance package that the door ding and wheel coverage are separate and cannot be cancelled. I went from feeling like I actually found a reputable dealership I could recommend and return to, to feeling like I was taken advantage of by a dealership. Knowing that I specifically told Mr. Khalaf that we did not need a wheel coverage package and don’t recall and discussion of a door ding package is upsetting. I said yes to the $3500 maintenance and warranty package, because I know they are eligible for cancellation. I wasn’t 100% sure, but went ahead and said yes. Now that I have decided I don’t need it, finding out that not even half cost of that is eligible for cancellation says a lot about the integrity of Gilman Honda and the employees.

got a new-to-me pilot at gillman. it’s where my family comes for a reliable vehicle and great service. everyone i interacted with was polite and professional, from wanda at reception to monty, my sales rep, to rudy in finance. it was fantastic.

Purchased a new vehicle and have had problems ever since. 2021 the issues are worse and the vehicle has been in the shop 3x. Third time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though the service person driving the vehicle agreed with me. I went as far as to send a video of the problems and have left countless messages. I was offered the opportunity to PURCHASE a new car (“I’ll keep your payments the same”)!

Well, I had a car in my mind when I drove up there , but I changed my mind to a different one!!..They were going to give me a very Low Trade In for my Truck, which has very low Milage and I was laughing and ready to take off!!..Then they asked me what I was looking for and I told them the Amount ,which suddenly they did agreed to...but when I thought the PRIZE for the Pre-owned Car of my interest, I recognized that they did increased the Amount for that by 5000$ , which was the difference for my selling asking Amount!!.. Honestly, I have seen a lot in those years of buying/selling/ trading..but this was the most unbelievable , cricket and dishonest selling Tactic I have ever experienced in my entire Life..!!...We are going thru hard Times, specially after the Pandemic Lockdown, but does it excuse the improper selling Tactics and the Ripoff by Companies with a very well known NAME ???.?Sorry, I know HONDA is a very good Vehicle Company and have one of the BEST ENGINES on the Market, but the Management of these different Branches are horrifying and dishonest to certain Point!!..I know one thing for sure, never ever back there and please don't buy a Car/Truck in the next 6-12 Month if you not in need of it !!. DEALERS are trying to make up for lost Amounts due the Pandemic and the Economy is in serious trouble..!!..Better keep what you got and take good care of it, whilst you will be better off with that older Model, as you will go to Recalls and Chip shortages and many more other problems due a Lack of Supplies by Manufacturer!!!.. Just my Opinion and Experience here!!!

Amazing customer service in parts section of gillman. I told them I needed a tire put on they did penciled me in and was able to assist me within a timely manner!!!! Customer for life!

I looked at a used SUV tonight. It was over priced given the big gouge on the side of it (looked like it got keyed all the way down the side of the car). They wanted me to buy a $1300 protection warranty before they would for fix it. I offered a fair price given the damage but they wouldn't budge. You should know that the online price is likely the best deal they will offer you. Also, I was told that the interior and exterior protection warranty isn't an option. As in, you HAVE to buy it to purchase the car (seems strange on a used vehicle). On a positive note my salesman, Bailey, was a really nice kid.
