Stacey Camp was our helper in Selma, TX and she did a great job! If she wasn't satisfied, she made sure things were updated and the best for us. I would recommend her to all. She was super!

Giving it a 2 stars and will come back and update pending outcome. On 11/22/23 bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Very nice looking car. Was assured it was dependable. Explain that I was on my journey to rebuilding my credit and needed a car. I was happy was treated great! Sales team very nice. On 12/11/23 car went into limp mode. I was so surprised I mean I know I bought used but No even a month or first payment made and car is down. I contacted sales team. Luckily they told me to take it in. On 12/21/23 I was provide a loaner. Finally got my car back 01/12/2024 was happy. Said good I went to a good dealership. 01/26/24 my car will not move. Parking Brake light is on parking brake engage. I am no mechanic I had to wait till I got someone to look at it. Well let me tell you the disappointment to find out the compartment where the spare tire goes has water not completely full but enough to submerge the parking brake ECU located there which caused the parking brake to engage. You can see the rust evidence you can see on the ECU the corrosion on it. This was not a issue just happen this was on going. I can't believe their trained technicians who get the cars ready for sale didn't see any of this. I contacted the sales team they asked me to bring in the car. I had to pay for towing to send it there. I asked for help to get me into something else. Just to find out the peanuts they want to offer me for the car. Was told since the car doesn't run that's all I can offer. Which made me think. Wow I was better off replacing the ECU taking it and trading it would get a better deal but then it would be someone else problem because the water would keep coming. Here we are 02/06/24 No car, no loaner having issues with communication with dealership. I am now waiting to hear from General Manager as we speak. I get it I bought used. I just want them to do the right thing. I went to reputable dealership because I thought they have been in business a long time and they wouldn't sale anything bad. I'm not asking for a new car for free. I know I will have an upside down trade but not that much. Help!!!!

This was my first time buying a car on my own and I'm so happy I came to Gillman Subaru. My salesperson Stacey was very knowledgeable and professional but she also makes you feel like you're already friends. She went above and beyond for me and I'm so glad she was the one to greet me at the door. Thank you Stacey! I also want to shout out Adam in financing for being honest and a pleasure to work with. Y'all are awesome!

My 2015 Subaru Forester had a minor wheel lock problem & the answers from elsewhere were complicated & expensive. Gillman Parts Manager Victoria gave a good & low cost fix solution, the correct one as it turns out, & Service's Ariel & Technician Andrew got me in & out quickly @ low expense with thorough inspection without trying to sell me on stuff I did not need. Good experience. Recommended.

I brought my parent's car in for several repairs, and service advisor Jermaine was outstanding. He took the time to listen and wrote down all our concerns. Jermaine put my mind at ease, and I felt very comfortable knowing he would give us the best service and deals. I regularly bring in my Outback for service at Gillman Subaru, and I always enjoy talking to Jermaine. He is very relatable and friendly. Jermaine will always be my service advisor, and I definitely encourage anyone to try out Gillman, and ask for Jermaine, to experience his awesome customer service!

Do not use this business. They are scam artist. Twice I took my vehicle in for services and was told that the car was making noises that it was not making prior to me taking it in. I have them fix it and manically the same noise starts on the other side that was not there prior. I truly believe that they caused it in order to get me to have them fix things that previously were not broke. Horrible business and service. I would give zero stars if that was possible.

Yes, the wife wanted a Subaru Crosstrek, apparently very much in demand with the recent redesign. We were very apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle in today's market, especially a model in high demand. Gillman Subaru was the only local dealer that had a few in stock, so we paid a visit, and we're glad we did. Upon arriving at the dealership, we actually made it inside the building without being accosted by salesmen. Oh the humanity ... We worked with Ricardo Medina as our Sales Consultant, and everything went extremely well, just as we had hoped. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Ricardo was able to show us the Crosstrek we were hoping for. There was never a heavy sell or push to get into a higher trim level or different model, which is always appreciated. We also eventually met up with Sales Manager Hector De Jesus, who was more than generous with the pricing, despite the "threats" from my wife. We finally met up with Adam Smith in Finance, who offered a variety of optional warranties and maintenance options, but once again, there was no heavy sell, and the entire process went smoothly. Everyone we met was professional and polite, making the entire process as smooth as possible. Thank You !

Two stars only because Sales team was awesome! We worked with Bryson to buy a 2023 Ascent and he was fast, efficient, straightforward, and really fun to work with. Unfortunately working with the Service Department was the opposite. I am so glad we don't actually live here and won't have to depend on them for service! First, they didn't offer us a loaner car for a $1000/5 hr job (turned out to be 7 hours, everything they have done for us has taken longer than quoted) because loaners are given out based on a "hierarchy". Loaners have been standard at every other Subaru dealership we have worked with over the past 8 years (this is our 3rd Subaru, and we have moved several states with them, always went to dealership for service and it's always been great) So we drive 2 cars the 60+ miles to the dealership and wait in the area. During the 2 hours it took for them to clean the track of our drivers window, they scratched the tint (3-4 inches) on the windshield of our brand new car that we had just about 8-10 days before paid $1000 to put tint on ($499 for the windshield alone) AND LET US DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT TELLING US !!! It was obvious someone had seen the scratch because there were fingerprint smudges around it as if someone had felt it to see if it would wipe off or not. We noticed immediately and took it back. They were eager to replace the tint and "make it right" and offered a loaner this time. So I drove 60 miles in my brand new car with kids, switched over car seats to the loaner, and wasted time in the Selma area for 4 hours (how long they told me it'd take to replace tint) They text 5.5 hours after I dropped it off saying they were still working on it. It was triple digit temps and we were all ready to get our car and drive the hour home, traffic would start to build soon, so I went back to the dealership to see what was up. 6 hours after I dropped it off for a 4 hour job that was only necessary because they messed up, they're still tinting the car... the tint didn't sit right the first time and they had to re do it. I only found this out because I went in for it (otherwise I assume we would've kept wasting time until...?) So they let me keep the loaner and drove it to us to swap out the next day (today) This was their "making it right", which was only necessary because they messed it up. Over and over again. Update: When we got our car back we noticed the tint had set with many bubbles and glue. Took it back again. They redid it *again*. They did offer a loaner this time as well. They also noticed a scratch on another window that was a factory defect, so they replaced and tinted it. As long as the tint job is decent quality this time, we are satisfied, although the back and forth to get to this point was more difficult than it should have been.

I own two subaru's from here and have had nothing but issues when recalls happen. The service department then blames me when the car can't make it off the lot.

Best place to buy a car today. If you are an active-duty soldier or veteran. This is where you need to go. Buying is easier than you would think.
