Matthew is the man! He helped me find what I was looking for and provided some great advice from his own experience. I've been hard set on a specific brand over the years but he had me sold on venturing out with no pressure or persistence.
I bought protein powder and creatine with the BOGO. Now I'm even looking into adding on daily vitamin supplements.

I've been feeling off lately. So I came into GNC to check it out, and see what they can help with. Mike was very helpful, and talked me through different options. I went with the option he said he takes. He answered any questions I had and definitely explained the product I was purchasing. I did look at the reviews before entering and saw some negative ones, but we all know Karen's can just leave bad reviews when it doesn't go their way. I went inn and Mike was already on top of everything. Appreciate it Mike!

Michael wasn't helpful. I didn't want to be there attitude. Yeah, closing shift sucks, but it's called customer service. JUST tapping away like we were an inconvenience.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place NEVER answers the phone, we go in to ask if they have something in stock they say no you shoulda called ahead of time… so we ask when something will be in stock and they say they can get it transferred from another store to come back another day bc they’ll for sure be in by then so we do & of course THEY ARENT IN! Don’t support this location they’re all a bunch of lazy workers who do the BARE minimum (besides Jessie)

There's no worse feeling than being in line and waiting patiently while the customer at the register is chatting cheerfully with the cashier (AFTER already being rung up), however, when it is your turn, the cashier turns off the friendliness and doesn't even greet you. In fact, they continue the conversation with another employee while your just standing there and when they're good and ready look at you seriously and ask, "phone number?". To think, I even looked around at the items nearby while waiting in line, so the customer and cashier didn't feel rushed since the customer was an older gentleman who seemed very grateful for her help. It would've been nice to receive the same treatment.
