On the day of getting our truck we pointed to a staff member that there were issues on the repair. He took photos of the issues and told my husband Jerry would contact us to schedule a date to get the truck back to their shop and fix the issues. However, they never did contacted us. Obviously we are trying to get our truck back in the shop.

Absolutely horrendous! Not only did they fail to repair my car correctly (bad enough), but they also tried to quote me a new price to fix THEIR error (unforgivable!). It slightly raises my blood pressure every time I drive by this place (which happens on an all too frequent basis). If you’d like to work with serious people, look elsewhere immediately!

Highly recommend. Had the pleasure of dealing with Cesar Gutierrez, who provided excellent customer service and this being the second time I’ve used them, again was not disappointed. Paint job was done excellent, quickly and looks fantastic.

RUN AWAY!! Unprofessional, poor workmanship , and caused additional damage to my car. Got rock chips from them either joyriding in my car or because they parked my car next to the construction area. They had my car for over 2 months and added 4 miles to my car. Tried to pick the car up three times before it was actually ready. They still refused to repair the rock chips they caused. So, I picked up my car to bring it to BMW for repairs.
There were additional chips on my car when I went to try to pick it up the second and third time. Note these chips weren’t there when I tried to pick it up the 1st time. The car was left there the 1st and 2nd time because they didn’t do a good job with the original repairs. There appeared to be scrapes on the front bumper, which the collision enter said is some sort of glue that they can get off. The front bumper was not flush and you could see where it wasn’t painted. There was also white glue where the bumper was attached. There are new chips ALL AROUND my car.
The first time I went to get my car when it was supposedly ready for pickup, the bumper cover was detaching from the car—the collision center said they needed to put more clips in, and there were scratches on the “new” bumper cover etc.
When I went to pick up my car the 2nd time, I spoke with the manager who was very rude and unprofessional. He was trying to say that all the chips were there from before I dropped it off, which they were not—even their photos show that. Myself and the collision center had photos from when I dropped off the car that clearly showed these were new rock chips. The manager got about a foot from my face and was yelling and throwing his hands around. I had to tell him to get out of my face. This place is very incompetent and unprofessional.
I contacted the overall manager for San Antonio, Scott Hildebrand, who was not concerned with his manager getting in my face and yelling at me. He said that I had an incident with them about 10 years ago, which I had forgotten about. When I looked into my records from 10 years ago, I recalled the incident. The only reason they repaired the rock chips they caused on my vehicle 10 years ago was because I had photos from drop off time that proved the rock chips weren’t there, I had a photo of the odometer from drop off time, and there was no way they could explain why they put over 300 extra miles on my car just to repair the rear of the vehicle.
I’m waiting on my insurance to go through their process, but I have a feeling I will probably have to file a lawsuit against Gunn Collision because they are not doing the right thing by taking responsibility for the damage they caused to my car.

Work was excellent but way too slow! My car was in the shop for almost1/4 of a year and might still be there if I hadn't called Subaru.

Terrible service!! My daughter brought her vehicle to get repaired from hail damage on March 6, 2024 and as of today May 21, 2024 Gunn Collision Center in Selma, TX has not completed the work. And they still don't know when it will be ready.

You will not be disappointed! Gunn Collision did a great job at taking care of my vehicle and keeping me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle when it was in the shop. Communication was a 10! for me.

Tried making a appointment for estimate on line. The site was down. I then went to new location in Selma. Was told it was a 3 week wait for a estimate. I used Gunn when they where in live oak off of topperwein. There customer service have dropped a lot since move.....I was going to be a return customer but that changed when I saw new management structure. At old location it took a phone call and showing up and I had the estimate. If they are only going to cater to big business. They need to change there advertising.
