Judy was very helpful. She greeted me and told me about the current sale. She did not hover around but was available for questions. She also documented electronically a couple of items for potential future purchase. That way I don't have to remember or keep track of a piece of paper. Overall very good experience.

Went into Haverty's looking for an accent chair and Kelly Rideout approached me for any assistance I might need. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, didn't pressure me into getting something I really wasn't happy with, allowed to comfortably look by myself for at all that was that was available. The individual Maricella, that was closing the paperwork was very nice and very helpful as well.
