This place is one of my favorite stores to go to. They have everything I need for my home improvement, woodworking, and gardening needs. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something, they will either find someone who does or research it.

So disappointed in Home Depot. Bought a washer on a Friday. Was promised Wednesday delivery. We watched the stupid tracking thing all day and when it got to one stop and was after 7 pm , it closed the window and was changed to non deliverable !!! They told us on the 1800 number they could not get it to do anything and when we hung up I see it has been moved to a MONDAY delivery. Now that’s over a week since purchasing. We told them to CANCEL OUR ORDER and we bought at a local place who delivered that day so thanks but no thanks Home Depot !!

Super clean store and attentive staff! Special shoutout to Nick. My phone died during my shopping trip and I would have been stranded but he helped me get a charger and I was no longer stranded 🤣

Started loving Home Depot after so many just bad experiences at Lowe’s. Have slowly become a huge fan of the Ryobi tools. Have never had a problem here, everyone always seems to be polite and helpful when I’ve stopped in.

Just got back from another nearby HD store. My daughter and I both noticed a significant difference in the customer service. The Live Oak store is always full of enthusiastic and friendly associates who are eager to help. It can be intimidating as a woman to go into a home improvement store. Thank you to the team at the Live Oak store for never making me feel out of place or dumb. Our trip wasn’t bad per se, but we’ll be sticking to this location for future trips!

2nd time in a month that I've left this store and gone to Lowe's. When I asked for help today, two different employees acted like they were too busy to help me find a product. The 2nd person actually grimaced and kept walking away. Over his shoulder, he said maybe I could find it online. This used to be my "go-to" gardening store. But from now on I will go to Lowes.

I had an online order to pick up and I chose curbside. After checking in via the app and receiving the message "An associate will be out shortly" prior to 6 PM, but because I waited 15 minutes past 6 PM to call and ask why no one was bringing my order, they said curbside was closed and I would have to go inside for my order. Unbelievable.
