Very helpful young man. Had new battery in vehicle lesson 15 minutes I was out. Price seemed fair. Selection of batteries was good. Atmosphere was pleasant.

Long haired employee very rude asked about warranty on battery replied very quickly and abruptly looked hangry will not be goin back to location got a better deal at Walmart

Used to be so easy to go in explain to them that it’s been charged and isn’t charging up, battery was swollen on both sides not even a year old. I went to location on 281 and within a day battery failed there they told me they didn’t have it in stock to take it in to this location Saturday morning, crappy employee nick gave nothing but attitude I buy these batteries for all a my trucks and send all my customers to get their batteries here I will no longer be referring anyone to this location and highly recommend you stay away as well seems like they’ll get out of trying to replace a battery at any cost! I was very disrespectful to to NICK BECAUSE OF HIS INITIAL ATTITUDE AND SAYING HE NEEDED TO CHARGE IT UL AND THIS AND THAT! When I explained it was a bad battery! I WILL NEVER Purchase ANOTHER INTERSTATE BATTERY Again in MY LIFE AND DEFINITELY WILL STEER EVERY ONE I KNOW AWAY FROM THEM!

My husband and I had problems with the programming of our key fob. The manager of the Selma location, Jerry went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing customer experience and we left today greatly satisfied with the work that was done and, our key fob is programmed correctly. Jerry was informative and knowledgeable about the products they offer and because of him we will be back to this location for any services we may need in the future. I would rate a 10 star if it was possible. Thanks Jerry!

Bought a mower battery from there only lasted 10 months would not recommend anyone buy a battery from here buy a better brand batteries should last longer than that

Last week we went to get our duplicate key fobs made for two different vehicles. Nick was quick to acknowledge us and get to work on our request, there was a slight miscommunication on our part but Nick wasn’t phased at all! He completed our request with pleasure and made us feel like family. His positive attitude and excellent customer service has us recommending this place to all our friends and family. It is so rare to find this level of customer service in the Service industry. You have a very valuable employee in Nick who is more than deserving of the recognition!

The Customer Service from the folks at Interstate Battery in The Forum is "Over the Top". We buy our car batteries from Interstate....and everything in between the car and AAA batteries. They have all sizes. Their Crew makes you feel like you are family.... They stand by their product.
