Service department is absolutely terrible and needs more education or they were purposely lying to me to get me so purchase parts that were not needed. So after speaking with the service manager and straighting out some issues the I was responsible for and them, I would like to correct myself. My issue seems to be a design flaw and not a flaw with the dealership. I still think there is some room for improvement and not just to them myself as well. Thank you for your support Kent powersports.

Kent power sports is my new GoTo. With 4 can am machines, two 2020s, one 2021, one 2007 I occasionally need dealer help.
After Woods cycle center unceremoniously kicked me to the curb after requesting to have keys programmed on the 2007, you know things you can only do at a dealer. They refuse to work on vehicles over 10 years. I actually bought one of those bikes from THEM. Never again.
I dragged the bike to Kent motor sports. They programmed the keys immediately. I didn’t even have to take it off the trailer. John, Dylan. You guys are F’n awesome.

Hondatrike I took it for battery kept going dead after 2days key out power off.Took the it there 3 times. New battery and testing for short said they fix the problem take 2 days at happens again.the front guy's great but the end not sure about. Have a great day.

I went in to Kent Powersports and was looking at getting a new bike. I was greeted by Drake and he was able to assist me with all the questions that I had. I let him know that once I was able to buy i would definitely be going to to work with him on getting a bike.

I bought the first Honda CBR 650R 2024 with E clutch model to arrive in San Antonio and Drake made it happen. He contacted me a few weeks ago to let me know it was coming in. I had come into Kents months ago to inquire about the Honda and spoke to another salesperson at Kents that shared this info with Drake when he left. Thanks Drake and Kents Powersports
