I was greeted just about immediately and helped to find almost what I was looking for...I wanted a poscha paint pen in medium but you were out..but she helped me choose a comparable one.
Her customer service was superb!

I have shopped at this location twice now and both times the staff have been super friendly and very helpful. I love the self check outs and the fact that there is staff up front to help if needed.

Michael's is my go to store for all my craft needs. They offer free curbside pick-up and have delivery service. Their store is always clean and organized. I used to shop at Hobby Lobby but everytime I think about the name Hobby Lobby, the first thing I picture is their long, slow and tedious checkout lanes.
Michael's excels in that area by offering not 1 but 4 self-checkout registers plus having a store employee who provides checkout as well.
With Michael's multi-option checkout strategy, I never have to wait in line and will never go back to Hobby Lobby again.

I'm not the DIY person but I thought of Michael's when I needed something to display my many pairs of eye glasses. (I like glasses) I found a case that could hold them all, and the price was very good for the item.
