“Great place to deliver LTL truck load. Space is a bit tight, I had hard time aligning to the Dock, but the staff were very patient and non judgemental. Opened on the dot at 8:00 AM. No overnight parking. But if you have to sleep on the street, put a sign on the driver window that the load is NOT for Pollack company, because for me a Pollack forklifter woke me up at 4:00 AM to ask if the load was their, disrupted my sleep. Nick was at the helm when I got to this place, very active staff and family run operations. Would love to deliver here again. Enterance off of Binz Engleman Street.”

“I've seen firsthand how the employees at this location get treated by some customers and it isn't good. As customers, we always get upset when we don't get exactly what we want or when we want it, then turn around and have a tantrum about it. I've always been taken care of when I visit this store. The other day was no exception. I ordered a piece of software online and they had it ready for me in no time. When I got home I had a problem with activation process. Went back to OM, and Kyle took care of my problem after explaining what had happened. The one thing they seem to have problem with--is sustaining their print center. They seem to have difficulty supporting the high number of requests/orders, and availability of that service. It closes about an hour before the store closes and that frustrates people. My recommendation is to not wait until the last minute or the end of the day to get your printing accomplished. The FEDEX store accross from the Forum also offers printing services.”
