“Chris at the print center was absolutely amazing 🤩 I originally thought I placed an order for pick up a couple days ago for an event that I had that day. I went into the store to pick up my poster. Unfortunately, I was wrong and I never completed the order. I told Chris about my predicament and he was so helpful and was able to print and complete my poster for me right then & there. He was super nice , has great customer service and I will definitely be back for all my event needs so long as Chris is around ! My poster was excellent! Thank you Chris !”

“The employees at this store were so easy to work with. I had a banner printed here and they helped me with the resolution so that everything came out clear. I drove in from out of town for a convention and was super nervous because an employee at the Office Depot in Mckinney was not friendly or accommodating at all. It is nice to see that some stores still focus on customer service.”

Legendary a few decades ago, the Xerox is starting to wane (not Garth, wane) and fade into insignificance, but this company still has nice digs here in San Antonio, and the new building in which they have a ton of office space is pretty impressive. They've definitely helped our lives out over the years so good job to them.”

“Purchased a Scriveiner Copper Pocket Fountain Pen. I wish there was more of a selection and ink cartridge options. At another location i purchased a Waterman Allure fountain pen but none of the locations carry cartridges which doesn't make sense. I noticed they do carry Scriveiner cartridges so i purchased this pen and it's great. The staff, although nervous to let me see the pen in the open box were still very helpful.”
“I found Kathy and your staff to be extremely helpful, conscientious, cheerful to answer questions and resolve issues or concerns, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to do business with. While they could have tried to upsell me on something beyond what I needed, they did not do so that in my book speaks volumes. They are the experts in their field. Further, it is great to know when you are doing business with them you are supporting a woman's small owned business that values you, unlike the big box stores or online vendors.”

In our experience, we have found that their service agreements are very reasonably priced, and they are prompt and professional when we need to call for supplies or service. We recently spent some time pricing out a new copier, and although we did not end up making the purchase, our salesperson at CTWP was super helpful in answering all of our questions, and putting together comparisons for us. We will definitely be a continuing customer.”
“I had a really wonderful experience at this store. We wanted invitations for a wedding. The staff was warm and knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips to get the best layout for the invitations. My main concern was that I wanted a special font that really matched the concept of our wedding. The staff suggested printing everything in house. This was a brilliant idea because we were able to get our invitations much faster. I highly recommend the store.”

“Paper. Lots of it. I needed a ream of baby blue paper and they had it. I wanted it in bulk to make origami bunnies (conejos en Español). ??Quick. Zero wait. I was able to use Google Pay. Glad I could as I'd left my wallet in my car. They do not stoop to selling paper cutters. They stay in their lane. As of now Google Maps takes you to the back of the nondescript building of brown with a thick grey stripe. Better to approach from the street in the address and hunt in that industrial complex for that same building. I sent an edit in.”

“The website is user friendly. I was able to filter, see my options, and their specs laid out before me. And, I hope everyone inquiring on renting equipment with Sunstate has the pleasure of David Johnston(San Antonio) handling their account. He came by our office, pulled out the laptop, and went to work for us, providing us a very awesome deal compared to the other 2 very popular equipment rental businesses in town that I had also got a quote from. Oh and speaking of account, the process was painless and quick. He is very knowledgeable of their equipment and helped us in choosing the perfect forklift for our needs. Our rental arrived at the site as scheduled, the very next morning at 9:00am as we requested. It went smooth. David really goes the extra mile on providing us with an awesome customer experience. I'm positive ALL his accounts get the same treatment; I can't see it any other way. The dude is genuine. We have rented twice since meeting David back in April 2025, and we just hung up after scheduling our third rental to be dropped off to another site of ours. Thanks again, David. “Had such a wonderful experience. Everyone really knew their stuff how to adjust the sizing. I’ve probably owned chairs that could do the things that they were showing me that I just never realized certain knobs did. Very grateful. The prices were very surprising, tons of high end stuff at fantastic prices. We have oddly shaped tripods and camera equipment and they have shelves and cabinets of every size you can imagine. It’s rare everyone can find something at the same place, whether you’re looking for elegant high end items or bargain basement pre-owned stuff. They’ve got it all. Really impressed - we will be back.”
