Copier is down self service isn’t working they don’t give self service price. This is their fault not mine. Won’t go this store anymore not helpful and understanding at all!

I went in to print a document and had questions about prices and what size to print. I was not informed that someone printing the document for me would incur a full service charge, and was not aware that there were self service options. My $0.80 cent purchase ended up being $2.57. I'll print elsewhere next time.

I can’t express how upset and how devastated my fiancé and I are…
Took some sonogram images in hopes they had an alternate to laminate without using heat.
Gentlemen said, “he would see what he could do.”
When I came back to the counter his response was, “Yup, they did what I thought they would do.” Revealing complete black ruined images. Questioned if he made copies and he stated no.
There is no other alternative solution to resolving this issue other than ensuring employees are experienced or seeking for help if they are uncertain.
We can no longer treasure these sentimental images of our soon to be born baby..

I slipped and fell in the slippery entryway and nobody came to see if I was okay. It’s all on camera, 3/27/25, about 6:26 pm. I have never felt more un-valued as a person or a customer. They’re lucky I didn’t break the arm I fell on. Very disappointed with the lack of care demonstrated at this store.

I know that I have options to select from when it comes to selecting office supplies for the company location I work from. The website advertises curbside pickup and even when checking out notes' curbside pickup however, there is no curbside pickup at this location. I do like the location because of the work errands I need to run such as UPS which is located close by; however not having the ability to have curbside that is advertised is disheartening. I do select other Office Max/Office Depot locations that do offer curbside or order for Amazon.

I'm a Realtor who just switched to a new brokerage and I have to trash all my old marketing material with the old logos and get new signs fast. He showed me the amazing business soultions plan!!!!! It's pretty awesome and Im coming back to buy a printer because fexed charges way tooo much to print and I need flyers and stuff so he showed me amazing printers to choose from soo happy with my experience here! Thanks Mike!!!!

The Selma location is horrendous; very bad customer service and very slow service . Printing area for special jobs requires more than one person.

I've seen firsthand how the employees at this location get treated by some customers and it isn't good. As customers, we always get upset when we don't get exactly what we want or when we want it, then turn around and have a tantrum about it. I've always been taken care of when I visit this store. The other day was no exception. I ordered a piece of software online and they had it ready for me in no time. When I got home I had a problem with activation process. Went back to OM, and Kyle took care of my problem after explaining what had happened. The one thing they seem to have problem with--is sustaining their print center. They seem to have difficulty supporting the high number of requests/orders, and availability of that service. It closes about an hour before the store closes and that frustrates people. My recommendation is to not wait until the last minute or the end of the day to get your printing accomplished. The FEDEX store accross from the Forum also offers printing services.

Customer service is slow and they are not friendly. They need a self check out because it took 30 minutes for two cashiers to help the two customers that were there when we got in line. My husband asked for help finding an item and the floor rep didn't even look at him. He just said an isle number and then stopped speaking.
