The Selma location is horrendous; very bad customer service and very slow service . Printing area for special jobs requires more than one person.

I've seen firsthand how the employees at this location get treated by some customers and it isn't good. As customers, we always get upset when we don't get exactly what we want or when we want it, then turn around and have a tantrum about it. I've always been taken care of when I visit this store. The other day was no exception. I ordered a piece of software online and they had it ready for me in no time. When I got home I had a problem with activation process. Went back to OM, and Kyle took care of my problem after explaining what had happened. The one thing they seem to have problem with--is sustaining their print center. They seem to have difficulty supporting the high number of requests/orders, and availability of that service. It closes about an hour before the store closes and that frustrates people. My recommendation is to not wait until the last minute or the end of the day to get your printing accomplished. The FEDEX store accross from the Forum also offers printing services.

Customer service is slow and they are not friendly. They need a self check out because it took 30 minutes for two cashiers to help the two customers that were there when we got in line. My husband asked for help finding an item and the floor rep didn't even look at him. He just said an isle number and then stopped speaking.

Worst laminating experience ever, they make you sign a waiver, and then don't use the proper heat to actually secure the plastic nor insert the sheet in a way to ensure there aren't any wrinkles. I left there and went to the Office Depot on Walzem and they corrected the office max poor quality work. they cannot however correct the Office max associates poor attitude or customer service.

Amanda the "Manager" in the print department is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. My print order was urgent, simple, and placed early in the day. At the end of the day, she called to scold me that I placed my badge order wrong and that she was going to cancel my order instead of just printing and laminating the sheet of paper that I paid for. While I was trying to respond she cut me off and yelled that she was cancelling my order then hung up on me. I called again to speak with a manager (I'm not local) and to say that I did not want my order cancelled but I was passed around back to her and she did the same exact thing. There's clearly no professionals on site at all. I have been placing this same order with Office Depots, Office Max's, and Staples all over the country for years for our company. She was completely out of line and extremely inconsiderate and should not be dealing with customers or making executive decisions in my opinion.

I can’t begin to express my appreciation for all those at the Selma store, including Amber and Paige, Retail Business Development Manager. They had monitors on special and I needed 10 of them. They were sold out in the warehouse and the available ones were scattered all over town. The manager drove all over San Antonio to pick them up for me. If that isn’t going above and beyond then I don’t know what is!!!! Thank you so much!DruAA Care Services

Went in today, 10/14, I found no one to help me with ink cartridges. They was no one to be found. I located on my own. Then the cashier asks me " If I found everything I needed," which I answered "Yes, on my own, with No help from anyone!" I would like the manager of this store to know that customers like to be greeted at the door, and lead to the products they are needing. Not have employees hide, Not be attentive, or act to busy to help... This store needs a complete customer service overhaul. This was no one anywhere to help! I wonder if Corporate knows how this store act towards paying customers. Horrible customer service! There should not be an apology response to this review, It should just be addressed to whoever is in-charge, and do something about it!

Office Max has definitely come through for me before. They do great work at a fast and affordable price. Jessica in the printing department helped me with my order. She was very kind and efficient and the print work was outstanding. Thank again Jessica! You are an asset and I will definitely be back!
