My biggest complaint is there is no place to sit down. Every other old navy in SA has a bench to sit down, just not this location. Other than that, the staff are nice and helpful.

Honestly store wasn’t that bad, a couple of things out of place but its expected when busy how it is, my problem comes to the way the manager seems to talk to his employees, I think his name was Javier from what I heard from a cashier saying, but what a rude man, that is not a way to treat an employee, he was just berating that poor teenager.

Absolutely disgusting floors in the dressing rooms. There are huge dust balls all over the dressing room floors. The girls were rude and were not even around to own a room for a good amount of time. There was a line waiting to use the rooms and when the two employees returned they made it seem like we were bothering them. Didn’t apologize for the wait. Get it together old navy. And clean your floors! It’s not enjoyable watching clumps of frustrated move around while trying on clothes.

Best customer service representative at this store. Very helpful, will walk you to areas in the store if you need help. Was an instant charm when I came in i don’t care how it sounds this was one of the sweetest workers I met

Customer representatives on the floor are exceptional. Cashiers are a hit-and-miss regarding knowledge of discounts and returns. Within the last few weeks, I've made five trips and had different experiences.
I haven't shopped at an OLD NAVY in 5 years, lol. During my recent visits, I had a bad experience with some cashiers at this location. I won't bore you with the details due to the inconsistency in combining discounts.
My last trip, Ms Larken, was amazing ? she went above and beyond to help me sort out the mess created by another cashier on my refunds (returns).
Ms Larken was patient, understanding, and supportive. She listened, acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and was able to fix the incorrect refunds.
It's rare to find genuine souls in customer service nowadays.
Kudos to Ms Larken, and Thank you for all you do! You make it worth stopping by this location in the future. Keep up the great work, and see you next time. ?

This store returned an online pickup order I did without contacting me. I have tried calling this store for 2 days and they do not answer their phone. Horrible customer service for a store to return an order without contacting the customer and on top of that not ever answering the store phone.

Nice clothes of good quality but few medium or large sizes, they adore extra large or super small ones.

The staff is nice but the jeans are strange. I put 2 of the same size next to each other to measure them because one fit and the other didn't, and it's because they were 2 different sizes but marked on the tag as the same size... one was what I'm assuming is the actual size 16, and the other was an inch smaller at the waist and obviously didn't fit.

I ordered some shirts online and the order was completed in less 2 hours which was awesome! The store was very busy when picked up my items but the associates made sure that the store was clean and extremely well organized. I have to give a shot out to my cashier, Allyson, and the store manager. Allyson is very helpful, funny, courteous, and just a sweet girl. The male store manager also was extremely helpful and polite. I was in and out of the store 100% satisfied with the service and clothing.
