The pasta was over cooked and tough and chewy. The bread was dry and lacked flavor. Overall, the food was bland and not up to par.

The place wasn't very full and yet we had a pretty long wait for food. My son's chicken parmesan was burnt so they had to remake one (they didn't serve it to him). We were comp'd with a free desert, chocolate cake I believe), which was delicious.

While the service is good (not excellent), the food was mediocre at best. The spaghetti pasta was soft, tasteless and overcooked. I've had better at Olive Garden at a less expensive cost. We won't be returning.

It's just ok. I haven't been to a macaroni grill outside of Tampa since I last ate at one in 2013. It wasn't very good, or as good as I remember. Maybe five tables with patrons @ 6pm on a weekend night and slow service. Staff were nice and kept us updated with the order and all, but food was just adequate. Is it worth the price? probably not.

Enjoyable dinner. Our waitress was delightful. Restaurant wasn't very busy and we had 10 people at our table. A few things were forgotten or slow to come. We probably could have used 2 servers and it seemed there were 2 available. Food was good and we were celebrating My Moms 80th birthday. A lady sang Happy Birthday in Italian to her which was very nice. Overall good, not great, but a memorable evening with family.

I am not someone who likes to leave negative reviews but we had the absolute worst experience on Valentine’s Day, order took over an hour in a restaurant that felt like it had more staff than customers due to a lost ticket. We had to take our food to go because we had to get our kids home. Not only did they still manage to charge full price for the food they charged 25% gratuity, due to being Valentine’s Day I suppose. $100 for food we were in able to enjoy. Absolute worst dinning experience

Two items were missing from my order/delivery - one entree and one Caesar salad. I called Macaroni Grill and spoke with a man named Fisher and explained the error. I asked for a refund for those two missing items since they charged me for them. Fisher then spoke with his manager, Michelle, and afterwards told me that I would be refunded for the whole meal. I was surprised and thanked him profusely. It’s been seven days since then and I still haven’t received my refund. Not even a refund for the two items they failed to give me in the first place. So one star for Macaroni Grill because at least the food they didn’t forget to give me tasted good.

Wonderful service, great atmosphere, and perfect staff. A small error in the bill has fixed rapidly.

Service excellent but Lobster Bisque was way too salty. Not a good menu for Lunch, too expensive for Lunch.

We have eaten here on several occasions and never had any issues. Everything was great, however my ravioli was lukewarm when it came to the table. Not sure if the server let it sit there too long before bringing it or the cooks didn't plate it timely. Everything else was wonderful though.

Would love to tell you how it was, but they did not honor the reservation. When we arrived they said we made the reservation after 4pm and they don't see the reservations?? Really, your website sends people to open table to make reservations. We were told we would have to wait and would be seated last, there were about 5 couples waiting. No thanks, we went somewhere else. We used to eat here 5-8 times a year, but after this we won't be back. There are plenty of other options and restaurants that will honor reservations.

We have eaten at Romano's Macaroni Grill many times over the years, and have always enjoyed it. This time, though, the service seemed uneven (except for our waiter, who did a great job), and we got off to a rough start. I had reserved a table on Open Table, but the woman at the podium denied any reservation under our name, then said reservations were having to wait, too. We put our name on the wait list and ordered wine at the bar while we waited about 30 extra minutes for our table. (There were empty tables both in the bar and in the restaurant.) Our entrees took about 45 minutes to be delivered to our table, and my pasta dish had soaked up most of its sauce and tasted dry by then. (Our waiter was attentive to us and came by at least twice during this time to assure us our meals were being prepared.) Despite my dry pasta, the overall quality of the food was good, including that wonderful bread, the Caesar salad, and my husband's shrimp alfredo. We'll be back, but I hope they will work on their customer service in the meantime.

It was my first time trying this restaurant and it will probably be my last. The restaurant was pretty empty and things were moving slow. We were in no rush so we had no problem waiting. The waitress then came over and offered us a free appetizers for being patient. She took our order and went on her way. She took forever talking with another customer and would disappear for long periods of time. I watched as our appetizers sat on the counter getting cold. After that the food still took a while before we finally got our main dish. The food was just ok. Worth $20+? No. My friend got the alfredo and it was so dry so she asked for extra sauce... girl disappears. By the time she came back (without the sauce may I add) we were ready for our bill. I ate less than half my dish and she ate probably to bites of her food. We did not take our food to go.Discounts were offered which helped but it was a terrible experience.
