I think I'm done with Sea Island and that makes me sad because I love Seafood and this has always been my go to place for that, but they keep getting rid of my favorite stuff. A few years back they stopped selling scallops (heartbreaking) but I love fried oysters almost as much and I found out today that they don't sell those anymore either... They still sell oysters on the half shell so that is confusing to me. I can get great fish and shrimp at the grocery store for a lot less. I'll just have to find another seafood place that still sells my favorites.

Went here for a family gathering food was cold the first 2 times had to return it have it remade then it wasn't that good for how pricy it was. Wasn't seasoned well not surprised because you could see the cook back there just tossing a bit of seasoning and breading didn't spread it around the fish or nothing definitely lazy. Customer service from some people was awesome. The register girl messed up the order like 3 times not listening and trying to do to much at once. Overall def a reason why I only visit sea island every 5 years due to family nothing worth coming back for. Margaritas are wine based and it's alright.

I am a Sea Island aficionado. I have been a customer since the late 80's. I sent every person that ever visited San Antonio to the restaurant at the Rector location. I have lived out of state and placed orders as soon as I landed. I have known Willie, who is now big boss, since he was bussing tables. The service is still great but they are missing the mark with the quality of the food. It's disappointing, because I know the importance of supporting local businesses. I want to keep supporting, but some quality checks need to be done before serving those dishes! Food costs a LOT, but if it ain't right, don't serve it!*please use a separate towel to wipe tables than you do the booth seats!*Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kiddosWheelchair accessibility: Tables with chairs are wheelchair friendly

The staff is amazing. The dinning room was exceptionally clean to be honest. The portion sizes justify the prices and the food was perfect for my taste.
