NEAR IMPOSSIBLE EXHANGE/RETURN. Let me tell you how frustrating it can be just returning an item or making an even exchange. My products were bought at Sephora inside of a Kohl's retail store. Now taking that item to another store to exchange because i was in that area. Come to find out I cannot exchange my item I bought at Sephora in a Kohl's retail store. At an independent Kohl's store location. When you buy at Sephora store inside of a Kohl's location. Be liking that product. Unless you want to go to the original store to exchange it then you're okay.

Went in trying to find a perfume for a late Christmas gift. The attendants were very complaining out loud at the registers about 10 feet away about the smell and how they needed to leave. Made me uncomfortable, I was there less than 5 mins and felt as if I was inconveniencing them. Very unprofessional.

Customer service at this store needs work. Some workers are very short and rude as if they don't have time to assist customers. Some seem super annoyed and bothered. I have been going to Sephora for a while now. I use to enjoy it. The workers seemed to not only be very knowledgeable but also wanted to be there. Now, it's a just hassle with bad interactions with workers with attitudes. There are too many other stores that sell the same products. Customers will go where they are wanted and appreciated. I know that I will be making a conscious effort to spend my money elsewhere.

Went to pick out a first cologne for my, new this year, highschooler. He already knew he wanted Valentino, but didn't know which line. Unfortunately their Valentino was, $140 a bottle. Went online looking for a discount perfumer and found it, with a discount, for $40 less. I wish there had been a wider selection in Sephora's cologne and more competitive prices, but I did see a makeup brush I may go back for! All in all great in person try on for fragrance.

❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️I asked a Latin girl for help in the payment area. I told him DO YOU SPEAK SPANISH, he says yes... and when I tell him what I need he speaks to me in English. I told him I'm sorry I don't speak English, you told me you speak Spanish. And he said yes but I don't want to speak in Spanish. I thought it was rude on their part and I left the products, I couldn't make the purchase. Bad for the store. I will never go back ❌️ It is an issue of discrimination, I have gone to countless places where there are very kind people and even if they don't know Spanish, they look for a way to help. Discrimination and poor customer service

I was there looking for face moisturizer from Clinque and got no help whatsoever from the too young girls with their faces glued to their phones so went to Ulta were I got help from the sales person right away.

All the Sephora employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful!! Just wish they had a bigger selection of products, but overall I really like this location.

This was my first time getting make-up tonight. I'm 15 and it was my birthday a couple of days ago. I've heard people get judged their first time getting makeup as a young teen, but I didn't feel this way. The staff were kindly inputting options to others, patient and kind. There were 2 workers that I liked the most. One's name was Jessica, and I'm not really sure of the other. But they both made my experience better. I will definitely be coming back here!

The staff at this Sephora was friendly, kind, and attentive to our needs. They answered my questions and were very helpful. I had tried to test a concealer, and the cushion of the test stayed inside. I told the staff about it and they were nice about it. My experience was beyond satisfactory!
