If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came in here during Covid when mask wearing was still in-forced. Came in to just look at the new iPhones on display that just came out and fidget with the features. No warning or nothing -this very large Mexican girl/women comes up to me and tells me she is going to call the police if I don't leave? Excuse me? Because I was not immediately buying anything? If you have capacity restrictions I do not know what they are. You could have politely informed me or something... It was completely uncalled for not to mention embarrassing. With no real valid reason even stated-I left because I was 1) in shock 2) really did not want to even discourse with such an insolent narrow minded bigoted baboon. Now apparently this is also a corporate location. This was so unprofessional. And I realize this small situation doesn't reflect the entire company or its authorized resellers, BUT that definitely left a sour note about its storefronts. I hope this employee is reprimanded, so she doesn't continue to intimidate or bully others.

The worker Trey should be fired immediately. The fact that I am trying to explain what happened to my phone and then he tells me what happened is ridiculous. I have been with T-Mobile 12 years spent thousands with the company and the piss poor customer service is just insane. If my phone is damaged I pay the insurance to get replace to simple. But if the phone shocks me would you rather me get a lawyer or just give me a new one. The fix is simple. The disrespect I received today is the last straw with this company.

5 stars to Dejvon literally working overtime by the time we finish it's Saturday 7pm for the 5G gateway internet. He was proficient to set up. But I have a hard time deciding what password and kept entering wrong. The iPad T-Mobile has issues connecting. So, he has to change to another one. But he never gets frustrated. But very very patient, thoroughly get thru and has empathy for older folks like myself. He is a wonderful and professional service provider. He deserves cash award for excellence service

The customer service was great, they made sure I understood everything in the packages and help me pick what would work for my needs. I love the fact they didn't try to push for the best of the best, they actually asked and matched what phone package that fit my needs. it took awhile because I thought it was going to be a in and out process so I went after work sfter doing a 16 so I wasn't fully in operational mode but they still was patient kind and understanding and I got what I needed I appreciate those guys

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the service we received at the T-Mobile store in Selma on Friday, January 12th. Our experience was truly elevated by the outstanding assistance provided by Josh.Josh's friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge made our visit enjoyable and productive. Not only did he guide us through the available phone options for my daughter, but he also presented enticing promotions that led to me upgrading my own phone. Despite making several additional purchases, Josh's ability to make the process seamless left us leaving with smiles on our faces.What stood out even more was Josh's dedication to ensuring we were well-informed about ongoing promotions. He even went the extra mile by helping us explore options for my son's new phone. Impressed by his service, I returned the next day specifically hoping to have Josh assist us once again.During our second visit, Josh continued to impress with his humor, pleasant demeanor, and remarkable patience. His professionalism was evident as he even sought our permission before briefly assisting other customers. The overall atmosphere of the store, with its happy and attentive employees, further solidified my positive perception of T-Mobile.I want to extend my gratitude to Josh for embodying the T-Mobile spirit and providing exceptional service. Came in, wasn't acknowledged. 3 people helping one person. Still not being acknowledged. 2 people were jumped infront of me. Decided to leave. They are very unorganized at this store.

How can an employee tell me to check on the T-mobile website if the phone is in stock at their store??? This employee Amanda can’t physically walk to their inventory and check if they have the model in stock??!? Incompetence, laziness, or just plain bad customer service.
