Justine was so helpful and patient with me! I have allergies and only use vegan products, she did her own research to see what I could have! Stellar experience, thank you honey you were lovely to talk to. I'm a little bummed there weren't more vegan eyeshadow options, but Justine made my visit well worth it.

Be careful!! They have moldy food on the shelves. They need to have someone check the temperature of their freezers to make sure mold does not occur on the food. Very disappointed.

I bought a game card for my sister and even after talking to everyone they did not give me a code and told me I couldn’t return the gift even though I never got the product itself. Worse experience ever at Target. I would change my rating if I actually received a refund or a card with store credit to make up for it but I was basically robbed $60. TRASH

Target was great this year. The housewares section had a lot to offer. The toy section is better than most other stores. The employees were all very friendly and efficient and this was the day before Christmas.

Please PLEASE do NOT shop here. Aisles are a mess and nothing seems to be in stock especially in Christmas section!I try not to bother anyone so I use my app to figure out where my items are located but it’s never on the spot and if you ask an employee they don’t know! (Even though it’s showing they have 5+ in store of the item!)NEVER TRUST what this store says is available!!! Because it NEVER IS!!!On grocery aisle, they have food that’s OVER TWO MONTHS EXPIRED! Seriously, who manages this store???

BAD WATER BATCH! See photo for “LOT #”. Both purchased in November 2023. One was bought at Park North and that was the worse, it smelled bad and then also tasted bad. The Live Oak location tasted like the smell of mildew. I’ve been buying Target brand water for years and this is the first time I’ve had this issue. Check the numbers before purchasing!

The store was busy but it's Sunday so that's no surprise. What I notices is that outside of the store is not very clean, trash and old leaves decorate the sidewalk and curb area. I thought it was due to recent weather, but I noticed that the other storefronts in The Forum were cleaned up

Pam at customer service went well out of her way to assist us with an issue with a Gift Card purchased back in Aug.Her efforts are greatly appreciated and a great example of someone who cares about helping customers.Be Safe

Extremely poor customer service across the board. I made the unfortunate decision to grab a coffee before I shopped with my daughter. Initially there were 3 people working the Starbucks when my order was taken then 2 of the employees took breaks even though the line was long and people were waiting for drinks. Somehow my order was lost or overlooked and instead of making it right immediately, the employee with the reddish blonde hair and visor decided to proceed with other orders that were placed well after mine. At that point I said I would just like my money back and he said that was fine, but continued to make other orders rather than just handling the situation with me first. Finally I am given a slip of paper that I am told to take to customer service for a refund and after waiting another 10-15 minutes I'm told they don't handle Starbucks refunds. So back to the coffee line I go and finally am issued a refund. All of this could have been avoided if the person who screwed up in the first place had handled the situation rather than trying to be a passive aggressive jerk. Note to management- your location has a 3 star rating as it is and it doesn't look like it will get any better with the type of service your employees provide AND the 40-45 minutes it took to get the situation resolved could have been spent shopping and spending money in your store. Needless to say I won't be back any time soon either. Good luck handling the crowds for holiday shopping with the c class level of service you provide.

This target is a lot better since they did the updates but now they mainly only have self checkout and the lines get so long. Please put some cashiers back out at the checkout stands. Not everybody wants to do self checkout especially if they have a lot of items :-/ Also this store is too small and congested, wish they would move this target to a bigger space.
