Poor pickup policy.My wife placed the order, I had the order number and screen shot and we share a last name.Never been an issue. Today it was. So we canceled the $30+ order and ordered similar items from Amazon.As of writing this, 2.2 rating. Told my wife we would find another store from now on, that poor of customer service to that many people is a pattern and not a mistake***Edit to make review worse***Wife Called in to complain, manager said that's how it is and hung up.10/10 recommend everyone to give low survey scores. Hit the store manager and area managers bonus to the point they actually decide to care.

The employees working here this morning seemed entitled, stuck up, and lacked basic customer service skills. They were working on something together when I approached the counter and did not hide the fact that they were annoyed and inconvenienced that they had to pause their project to assist me. They did not greet me, didn’t smile at me, didn’t thank me for my business. I’m not really expecting anything to change after this review since one of them seemed like she might’ve been the manager, but if you want to spend your money somewhere that you’re appreciated as a customer - don’t shop here.

I did a online order. Not only did they charge me, they canceled my order soon after. After a week, I still haven’t received my refund for the order. Customer service is horrible. If you are thinking about ordering, DON’T!

I visited Selma location and every item I picked up rang up different price(placed wrong places) so the lady at register was very helpful at finding out and what she didn’t know she asked another manager (African American )young lady and she also was very helpful and kept apologizing and saying how her boss won’t let her put items out properly , so on two items they called there boss (Caucasian) lady came out and was very very rude even making rude facial expressions at me . Finally she rudely said just give it to me and walked off . She may need some more training !

Make sure you watch your receipts when purchasing at this store. I tried to return a pair of shoes that my son didn't want. The manager was very unreasonable as she said the receipt had expired. She said i could only exchange for the exact pair but different size. I asked if I could just get store credit and I'd use it towards another purchase they said no. Mind you the shoe I was trying to return was still being sold at a regular price! I would've understood if they were now on clearance. Bad customer service and horrible policy.

Can’t tell you the last time I used my google account because I’m old now but I visited this location on Sunday October 3rd 2020 at about 5 or so where alajia was at the register by herself I waited in line and began getting impatient she was moving quick so I give her props every time you come here there’s 1 employee ringing and 1 no where to be found I know these locations don’t operate with just 1 person the blonde lady is eventually came out on her cell phone asking if I was ready at this point I didn’t want her helping me cause she seemed so very calm and I know she doesn’t like to wait either you could tell the young lady was used to working by herself while she juggles getting orders and rang customers she was so friendly and understanding kept apologizing and in retail not everyone is friendly this young lady deserves a raise not just for working but for having great time management

Found this store cause I recently moved here from Virginia and I have 3 girl went in here when they were handing out bucks so I came back to use them last week. The two ladies always working are always so nice and kind. I don’t know names but one had a name tag other didn’t, no racial but one was black and I think hispanic? She stated she has a kid and helped me matched outfit for my girls reading all the reviews these employees work hard and deal with many people they are the reason stores operate be kind be friendly u never know someone’s story when I go back I will get name God Bless much better than mall location

This was my first and last time in this store. As many previous reviewers have stated, their customer service is not just lacking, but nonexistent. There was one customer and her small child when I walked in a little before noon and not one of the employees acknowledged me for nearly 45 minutes. They were on their phones constantly (had better places to be/better things to do besides be at work, apparently). I had my arms full of items with no basket available and nowhere to put them. Neither of the two employees offered me any assistance. When I finally went to check out, some of the pajamas on a rounder with a “$9.99 Sale” sign were ringing up wrong. I pointed this out and the employee corrected it. She had issues scanning my coupons and I was on a time crunch, so I asked for the items to be placed on hold so I could sort out the coupon issue (screenshot of coupons was unfortunately too blurry so I had to find the original email instead) and come back later to purchase them.I went back approximately three hours later to find my items crammed on the back of the counter behind some boxes. The employee, ALAJAI, so graciously took the time to look up from texting on her cellphone, handed me my items, and asked me if I wanted to check out, then continued texting (wow, so sorry I interrupted your super important texts). Because I was trying to stick to a budget, I was not sure if I’d be able to purchase all the items so I asked her if it’d be easier to ring everything up then take a few things off if needed. She laughed out loud in my face and said it’d be too difficult with their system to do that. At this point, I just wanted to check out and get out of this ridiculous store, so I had her ring everything up. When she rang up my items, I noticed the pajamas previously marked down to $9.99 were now ringing up only 25% off. I looked at the rounders again to see they had changed the price since I was in the store not even three hours earlier. I asked her to honor the price they were when I originally came in as I find it extremely dishonorable to change the price knowing I was coming back for several items that were on sale in that category. She stated, “No, because you didn’t buy them earlier and we do mid-day price changes...” What on earth. Since when?! Today?! I requested to speak to a manager, (no, not because I am a ‘Karen,’ but because I was tired of dealing with her disgusting attitude and lack of care). She claimed she was a manager (WHAT?!?!) but that she would ask her coworker, who was also a manager (umm, ok). She stated the same thing, with an attitude as well (side note: I guess “bad attitude” is a requirement to work here for those who might be motivated to work here after reading this bright and shining review). I had enough of their BS so I requested to purchase my items and leave. I literally told her at this point that I did not appreciate her attitude. Somehow, she checked herself a little after that and offered me an additional coupon after I hit a certain price point, which helped combat the higher cost of the pajamas a little. I was ultimately able to use my coupons and military discount which helped too. However, I don’t honestly care how many points/rewards/bucks I earned from shopping in that store yesterday, I WILL NOT be back.As someone who has worked in retail, I would NEVER treat someone the way I was treated today.TL/DR: What a joke of a store that makes me think poorly of the company too. Please do not waste your time and shop in this store/location. They do not deserve your business. If you must shop with this company, do so online where they offer free shipping and you don’t have to interact with their “too busy for you,” “cellphones over customers,” “could care less” employees (who all claim to be “managers”).

We waited 7minutes in line with no help what so ever. The lady at the counter just kept looking at us and kept doing whatever she was doing. Didn't tell us she'll be right with us. Didnt get someone else to help us. Just looked at us and looked away for SEVEN MINUTES. Finally put our stuff down and walked out.Customer service her is shameful

Walked in and asked for 5T black slacks, she pointed me straight to the back. I found the 5t, but wanted a 4t just in case, and couldn't find any. I hadn't even asked her yet, and she brings me the 4t in the exact same style to try on! And you cant beat the price, under $10!

Soooo...I planned to pick up my online order today and saw I had waited too long and had been refunded already. I decided to go anyway because I had used my Place Cash so I had gotten good prices on the clothing and didn’t want to lose it. When I saw the poor ratings I thought, well this isn’t going to happen but I had to go to the forum anyway. I walked in and the first worker greeted me as I walked in. This was already unlike all the reports I had read. I walk up to the register and tell the lady my problem and she was answering phones and helping me and apologizing while trying to multitask. I told her not to worry about it I was patient. I mentioned to her the poor ratings and she said she was new and all the staff was new also and they were turning things around there. She was able to find my order and give it to me at the price I originally paid. She was very helpful and very nice. I would have no problem shopping there again. I hope everyone will reconsider and try this store again. I had a very pleasant experience.
