Something I will never understand is if you don't want to provide a helping hand to a customer in need why do you work in customer service? The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because of the 3 gentleman and young lady that helped us in self checkout. We spent over $600 on 96 pavers and a huge load of lumber and 10 bags of concrete we 4 carts worth of stuff. We asked if someone could please check us out over in the lumber area and took the 96 pavers over there to make it easier for the employees. A short older man informed us we needed to take all 4 carts over to shelf checkout it was irritating but we understood because the lumber registers were closed. HOWEVER, the older man and another employee did not offer at all to help us get the 4 carts across the store to self checkout they simply watched us struggle to get 2 down there then run back to get the other 2. So rude and so disappointed.

Takes forever to get someone to help you. They aren't enthusiastic and seem to just want to get rid of their paying customers.

Look for Doug! He is very friendly and helpful and he has skills. I found him in the deck stain area and we had a nice discussion about my project and he made wonderful suggestions online with what I was going to do. It is always nice to meet someone at Home Depot that has done the same project and can share lessons learnwd

VETERANS BEWARE..... Bought over $500.00 worth of (plumbing pipes and wire) merchandise in February 2023, didn't need any longer and went to return September 2023 and the rejected item because of their 90 return policy... If when I spoke to the clerk and MOD and explained I would take a store credit as I was about to purchase a 5x8 trailer that cost $2,300.00. The clerk stated HOME-DEPOT could only return up to $78.00 and proceeded to give my DL a warning to have me barred from returning paid for items from an American tax payer that spent my own $ on. So now I have over $437.00 worth of Home Depot pipes and wire that will go to waste because Home Depot makes silly rules for working class Americans. I guess they're in the same class as those liberal thief's!!!! Home Depot, I WANT MY $ BACK. Selma Home Depot or any Home Depot, VETERANS BEWARE!!!!!!!

So walked in and went towards the garden hoses for washers for my hoses and sprayer Met an employee named Sidney To be honest I don't really shop HD very much but I'm turning a new page Anyways whatever Sidney is getting double it She knew EVERYTHING about what I needed and what aisle it was on She was like the HD preacher who knows the HD bible Thank you Sidney for making my experience better than usual after a 12 hour shift in heat Kudos and good vibes

We just got some plywood here. My 67 year husband struggled to get two large pieces onto a cart. While woman , very young, with long blond hair and a young man watched. She proceeded to cut one piece wrong. Did she go get another nope. He had to. Then after she cut it said oh wow I can't cut the second like this first one ! They both deserve to be fired and we will never set foot in this store again!

Same great service that you're used to expecting with all the great products that Home Depot offers at low prices. Sometimes it is hard to find what I'm looking for but the home Depot app helps. It is a giant Warehouse with very few workers that really know where everything is. The app has really come in handy recently. I have had really good luck with returning. I bought some pant the other day and it was the wrong color I had lost the receipt so I was pretty worried because there was a big line in the return merchandise area at the front. Thankfully I have the credit card with me that I bought the paint with so even though I did not have the receipt they were able to scan the card and find the purchase by scanning the paint and then automatically refund the paint. Yay Home Depot !!!

Customer service has hit a new low I ordered online then they sent me a message saying ready in 5 minutes called got ahold of Emily she tried to help but her manager told her to stay in customer service so basically I was left alone I told my wife and she came in and we tracked down the paper for masking and the paint so 30 minutes later we have everything Emily is new she was the only person that wanted to help I will be contacting corporate Monday do not go here

This was the worse customers service my family has ever experienced.. the store manger Manny and his manger department were very rude. They had a fridge on sale with the advertising sticker. Both managers did not honor the sale price because they stated it was put on the wrong fridge. I had went several days and that sales tag was on the same fridge all three days l looked at it.. They never honored the price and took the sign off.. This is horrible. All this ugly nonsense happened in front of my family.. disgusting! I would give it no stars if l could! Home Depot in Selma .. this was embarrassing..

Just stopped here for a curbside order we picked up. A 150lb work bench for my father-in-law. It was me and 2 other women that went to pick it up. Already had a plan to get it out of our truck, but we definitely needed help getting it into the truck which I assumed would be offered considering the size of the box. At least 3 employees standing around the area where we picked it up and not one offered to help us. Instead, we stood out front struggling to lift this massive box into the bed of our truck. Disappointed is an understatement.

(Unable to give it zero stars so had to give them one star.) Heed my advice. Only have work done with Home Depot if you have lots of time on your hands. We have purchased blinds for our place since mid-July. We are still waiting on one more blind to be correctly installed and it is October already. The temporary paper blinds have faded color due to this long wait! Long story short, the customer has to do all the leg work. They will not update you until you reach out to them to find out. This is our first and last time getting work done with them.

Needed some magnets. Home Depot website said 15 were in stock at this location. Drove there (1/2 hour drive), none were in stock...just got the typical 1/2 a$$ed shoulder shrug as to why... This is precisely why Amazon is eating their lunch. Hope they get a clue while they still have jobs.

Worst paint department in the city. They usually have the most people in the department working but they are all always standing around talking and purposely take their sweet time. They have no sense of urgency and walk around so casually when there's a line of people standing waiting for paint.
