I was mislead to purchase an item at full price when there is a promotion displayed. I came back to clarify the misunderstanding and the staff reassured me the item can be delivered to me. Staff redirected me to ulta manager Selena, who was very assertive and not helpful. I walked away with so many questions. Why couldn’t she help me? Why can’t I obtain the item with the promotion. My concerns were not acknowledged and I was simply dismissed because the item was not in store!!

Just went to buy a few products and every staff member was friendly and helpful. I had gone in all scruffy and a bit blue and left feeling like my day was a little brighter because their customer service is so on point. Definitely will go back.

Seems like a good selection of product, however the store could use a good recovery. There were so many items out of place it made me not want to shop around. There are also not prices on most items which also can turn a buyer away from a sale. I'll stick with HEB.

Went in to the salon for blonde highlights on my roots but instead of the highlights Daman colored my hair brown. She tried to remove it and rewashed my hair twice but it only lightened up the brown color. I plainly told her several times in advance that I didn’t like my hair brown but that’s what I ended up with. Cost me $150 for hair color I didn’t want and the only solution she had was to tell me to call back in one week for it to be retoned. If she couldn’t do it the first time why should I believe she could get it right the second time around. Also manager was asked for but they never bothered to come to the front. I should’ve refused to pay for the service I didn’t ask for. I’m very pissed ?

Ordered several products online for pickup. Went to store and stood in line at pick up area. Lady at counter acknowledged me that I was waiting, then continued to handle people walking up to register for 25 minutes. There was only two people in line when I arrived that were done in 5 minutes. She continued to handle new customers and now making sure she did not even look at me. This is the second time I visited this store and now the last. The first time a store employee had an attitude with what I was buying. I just moved to San Antonio, now need to find a different Ulta, even if I need to drive an extra 45 minutes. This store needs to be evaluated by corporate.I never received my item, had to leave to get back to work. How do I cancel my order........

Had very good experience today looking for skincare! Had help from Chrissy (I hope I remembered her name right!) she was so kind, very knowledgeable, and super helpful!! She recommended a Mario Badescu toner for my sensitive skin which I can’t wait to use!The store could use a little extra work on the organization and keeping up with the condition of the samples, a few of the perfumes were empty and I was very excited to test it out. But other than that I had great time! Thanks again Chrissy!

I never knew Ulta's salon was so good. They are professional, well trained & super friendly. They ask you what you want & what your concerns are not what they want to do.They don't gouge your eyes out with ludicrous pricing. You can actually go often and not feel guilty. I love Bella & I've also had Damaris. Both are great! They take their time with each client. Just love the uplifting atmosphere !

This review is for the hair salon, not products, at the Forum location. I have been seeing the same hair stylist for years but she was unavailable for a couple of weeks and I was desperate. I had a gift card from Ulta so thought I'd get a haircut - a standard pixie cut. When they booked my appt. no questions were asked about what kind of haircut (short, long) I wanted. When I got there I saw no customers or stylists, but the person scheduled to cut my hair came out at the appointed time. She asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted. My hair is already short, but needed reshaping, etc. Finally she said in all honesty she didn't think she'd do a very good job cutting short hair and the girl who could had already left for the day. So a star for her honesty but much disappointment in how my time was wasted and how this business is run. Why schedule people for cuts if your staff don't have the expertise or they have specialties like short or long cuts? Needless to say, I'll never visit this salon again. As far as products, I have never been greeted or helped in this location.

Gianna made my first visit so comfortable and welcoming, as someone who is starting to look for a skin routine, she took the time to show me what was best for me, I got more than a WOW experience. She made me feel better about myself. I had a bad experience at another Ulta, but with Gianna helping me out, I felt better about shopping with Ulta Beauty. She deserves a recognition. Thank you Gianna?

Hit or miss on whether or not I’m greeted or helped which is sometimes fine. I’m not a huge beauty person so sometimes I like to wander around and not be bothered. However when I do have a question or need help, I am usually able to find an associate relatively easily. I went to the itcosmetics event at this store a few months ago and loved it. Caesar helped me and I learned so much. He let me take pics of the products and was very patient when explaining what he was doing and in what order so I could replicate the look at home. THIS was a great example of wonderful customer service. He really listened to me and my preferences. If he was there every time I went to the store I would be so much better at doing makeup and way more knowledgeable because he made me feel very comfortable. Morale of the story is I bought a bunch of itcosmetics products that day.

This location does not carry all of the top tier brands as other locations, which was very disappointing. I love Ulta and was very happy to have a location near me. However, this location does not carry the makeup brand or the perfume I normally purchase at the Northwoods and Creekside locations. The store is well laid out and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I should have asked when I got to the register I buy urban decay eyeliner. In the past I used to pay like eighteen dollars. Honestly I didn't even look at the receipt till I got home. I was charged twenty seven dollars for my eyeliner. After this one runs out i'm gonna be switching to a less expensive brand. I just can't pay that much for eyeliner. I understand that people keep saying that we have inflation. But I think that many businesses are using this to just inflate process that are just unrealistic. Honestly i'm kind of getting tired of overpaying for everything.
