I went in and was the next person in line with one person behind me. The lady told me to use the kiosk. I had never used before, so was trying to figure it out with no assistance…meanwhile about 8 people came in and out were checked out after me. I understand if there was a long line and associates ask if those waiting in line would like to use the kiosk for returns, but I literally was next in line with 2 associates in the store. Only one person behind me at that moment. I had to wait for them to finish with a customer twice to ask for assistance, so definitely not a pleasant experience.

Staff is always friendly and there’s a few staff members who have been there so long that they recognize customers and ask how their families are. Prices are very reasonable and being a brand name in everything “mail/shipping/copies” is always a plus when you want to trust the place you do business with. I love that Amazon also allows for returns here because they have made some huge improvements to streamlining the process with a self-service station.

Press 9 to speak to a human at the store. Every other option gives you a dumb robot that doesn't understand anything and wastes your time. Nice people at this location though.

Customer service was awesome, Laura was my representative. I went to the FedEx store and post office, and this store was the cheapest. I would recommend this place.

I have had a box at this UPS store for a couple of years. I really enjoy walking into the store & seeing the team's smiling faces. We greet each other like long-time friends & I want y'all to know I appreciate y'all. Even though I think it's pricey to have a box, I will continue at this location. Outstanding customer service & professionalism is what makes me happy.

This store is super helpful with the staff!! Carlos is always helpful and friendly along with Ruby, Laura, and Dominic. The owner himself is helping all the other customers as well!! I've gone to 2 other UPS stores. None of them compare to this one with the best service they provide!!

Returned an Amazon order. The store employee claimed they could not scan the bar code from Amazon on the phone. I had to email it to them to print out, which conveniently cost 2.50$. Amazon said free return and said nothing about printing it out if return at UPS store.

Have utilized this UPS location since the Forum location opened. Ruby and Laura greet me by first name the minute I walk in the door. Never had a package or a fax or a gift wrapped item lost if damaged. They even MAKE 🔑! BJ & Harold Olympia Hills homeowners
