On the 3/1/24 i went to send a package, paid for it, gave it to the people and left. I lost the little sticker with the tracking number and called to get it from them on 3/2/24. The gentleman said he could find it and would call me back once he did. It is now 3/1024 and no one wants to help me even when i call other places of UPS stores or customer service

Just left this store, I spent 3 hours for pint out and walked out with nothing!!!! They kept making excuses for the slow system and delay. Will never return. This was the worst ups store ever!

Carlos was absolutely helpful with a return, was about to have a headache with 3 returns and he saved me alot of time by actually helping me cancel my Amazon orders and redo them so that I don't have to go all the way to whole foods. Great job bc most people would not have taken the time to assist us in this way. Someone give this guy a raise

Very chill drop off location. Everyone greets you and makes you feel like a regular. Mr. Carlos and Ms. Ruby are very helpful! Drop your packages here asap!

The is hands down the best UPS store in San Antonio. Their customer service is impeccable. Ruby went above and beyond for me when it came down to my print job. She even sat with me at the computer and helped me edit my image, and walked me through the process even during their rush hour. I couldn't ask for more! Her dedication and passion have no bounds!

Came to scan a single document, have been doing so in different locations without having to pay more than $1-3 dollars, was charged $8 for a single document!!! That’s an absolute scam not to mention there outdated printers

I have never worked with more helpful, courteous, kind and hard working folks as Antonio, Ruby, and Carlos..!! They helped me carry in four large boxes and get them ready for shipping. I’m blessed just working with them..!!

Expect a wait if they're anyone in front of you. The employees were nice though. The pricing for printing something was much higher than expected.

They went above and beyond with helping me to get my package secured and shipped. I had a big item that needed some work to fit in the right box and they helped make sure I got the best fit. Very nice people. I would highly recommend going here for important packages.

Miguel, at the Forum, took care of returning my Spectrum equipment after finding out, while at the Spectrum Store, that it needs to go through the UPS Store. Miguel was so friendly, had great customer service, and the process was very quick and easy. Thanks Miguel!

Horrible customer service. My spouse Was dropping off an Amazon return package and got really rude saying he didn’t do that and started yelling at my spouse. Then told her she needs to take it somewhere else. My spouse then called Amazon in front of him and they said the location did accept packages. So he scanned it and they said they saw it was good to go.I called the store and while waiting on hold the recorder stated they ship returns to Amazon etc..Finally I speak with the manager who was actually the rude guy my spouse spoke with and then change the whole story. Then told me that he don’t have to ship off the package and I can come pick up. I told him it’s already been a scanned and I have the receipt so if he kept it then it’s theft on his part. Then he started saying that they could make me pay for it. Which Amazon sent the free shipping label to return it. So he started attempting to get loud again and I told him I would be up there. Then his tone changed tone some and said well I’m a franchise and make my own rules . Smh. I have reported it to UPs higher because I know they have a contract . Don’t run a business if you can’t talk to customers . Would give a 0 star if I could.
