Today I received the worst service ever and I regret porting over my service to Verizon. Great Customer Service is one of the number one ways to win a Customer over. I decided I wanted to upgrade and was shopping for new service. I came across a great deal and ended up switching services and porting my number over. I went from being a android user only to trying out to see what the hype was about being a IPhone user. So my device was delivered and I followed the prompts that were provided to me and was not successful when trying to port my phone numbers and pictures over. I called Customer service and it said to go into a local store. I went into the location at 8363 Agora Pkwy Selma, TX. 78154 and was greeted by a sales associate by Roxie. I explained to her what was going on and she informed me that in order for her to assist me with transferring my information over as a new customer I would have to pay $29.99. I informed her that was crazy as a new customer I would have to pay for such thing. She then said I can call 611 and walked off. I sat down and called 611 several times and it said to go into my local store which is were i was. So the automatic system is telling me to go to the local store and the rep from the local store is telling me to call 611. So far NO ACCOUNTABILITY from anyone. Then I walked up and spoke to Iris who stated thst he was the supervisor. He said that the fee was a verizon fee and that I should know how to do it myself. I informed him that I followed the steps on the paper and that the phone was just delivered. His exact words were you only paid tax on the phone you did not pay full price for the phone anyway! How rude coming from a supervisor who is suppose to be representing Verizon wireless. I informed him I don't care what i paid for the phone I'm a new customer and the service that I'm receiving is not welcoming now helpful at all. He referred me to 611 as well. I put the phone on speaker and called 611. We contacted 611 6 times before have to wait 26 minutes for a representative. I wanted him to hear the same thing I was hearing as a new customer. He said he was aware of how hard it is to speak with a representative but I should be able to do everything on my own. I said so do your job as a verizon wireless employee. No answer. He then informed me... YOU CAN JUST CANCEL YOUR SERVICES IF YOU CHOOSE! Wow! After waiting for customer service still he ask for my mobile number. He then said your number did not port completely. I replied how was i suppose to know that. He stated that you should of received a text from Verizon. We pulled up my text that Verizon had sent and there was no msg about a port issue! I could give less than 1 star i would! After being here I started looking at the reviews and apparently this is just how verizon treats their customers.

Worst Phone purchasing experience I have had with Verizon. Purchased two new iPhones with trade in of our old phones through promotion. Received a call the following week stating there was an inventory problem and had to return to the store. Spent over 2.5 hours with the manger trying to re-activate our phones. Submitted our trade ins and was called the following week stating it had processed and should be reflected on next bill. 2 months and an additional 1 hour call to Verizon customer service later to find out the trade in request was cancelled and had to restart the process over again. Will never purchase another item from this location. Every step has been extremely frustrated. Would recommend shopping elsewhere

Joel is the person that checked me in, i explained to him all i needed was to drop off my phone because i already purchased one, he said it be quick, which he lied, he made a scene infront of the other customers and staff, he said even though i had my infant with me i had to wait or leave. very unprofessional. Joel if you’re reading this, you suck as an assistant manager. you did not handle the situation appropriately. stop telling customers they just need to drop off the cellphone.

We went in to start a new account after dropping the horrendous Spectrum service. Miguel Pichardo was awesome with us. He was able to provide us with great rates on a bundle package and made sure we received our military discounts. Miguel was very professional, efficient and patient with us the entire time. He was very open to conversation with us while he was setting up our phones and getting our internet box setup. Overall he made it a great experience the entire time. Thank you Miguel, your time was greatly appreciated. We would recommend verizon to everyone. The internet box was so easy to setup once we got it home. It took us less than 15 minutes. Kudos verizon..

I have a problem with my phone bill. And it does not say I need to make an appointment anywhere on the building but this girl name crystal gave me really bad service with an attitude. Saying she can't help me with that and that I need to call customer service while another Verizon store said I can come here because they have more full access on it because it's a cooperate office.
I was the only one in the building and i arrived 1 hour before closing. How can I NOT be assisted when there's nobody in the building. I want to cancel my contract for sure now. And I would like to speak to a manager, ASAP. Worst customer service ever.

Went to this “corporate” location after the website messed up on activating our phone service. The guy who helped us, Miguel was very nice and hardworking. The problem is, he had to charge us 2 additional times on top of what we paid on the website (we paid $180 a total of 3 times). He stated that we would get refunded on 3-5 days for the other two purchases totaling $360. After two weeks we went back and got help from a different man (who was the manager), who assured us he would contact his higher manager about this issue and even gave his phone number and said he would call us with an update. Well at this point it has been a month and a half and we have not gotten news, my husband went in there again today and was turned away almost instantly, with the worker saying they can’t and won’t do anything for us. Every single time we have been nice, patient and respectful because we know the workers can only do so much, so this shouldn’t have been an issue.
So, now we are out that $360 that we could have used for our baby that is due soon. Really upset with Verizon and how this was handled, reconsider and make sure you have unlimited funds before joining because you end up paying way more than necessary.

I had a horrible experience with Verizon. After two attempts and speaking to employees from two different countries I went to the store to get number added to phone only to find out my number has been deleted. The number deleted was linked to my business.
