Apparently this bank never sticks there ATM I've been 4 times in the past 3 weeks and everytime the ATM is out of money. What is it even there for if your not gonna put money in it.

This branch is consistently under staffed - there’s no reason why if there’s only one car ahead in the commercial lane you should be waiting over an hour to make a deposit. And there’s no leaving if there’s a car behind you. If I make 5 deposits a week, 3 of those deposits take over 45 minutes. I’m going to recommend my company bank with someone else

Completely Incompetent and useless.They won’t even cash a payroll check, the app, atm is useless as well as going inside and seeing a teller, your far better off getting a membership with chase, usaa or navy federal. Wells Fargo is a pathetic excuse of a bank and you’ll get better treatment anywhere else.

I’m a person in wheelchair I went to this branch 2x to deposit my check and they give me a hard time and then Ms. Samantha Brown said that just wait for 7-10 business day they will issued me a new check from Wells Fargo that it never happened. They just give me a fools hope I badly needed money. I have been in this bank for so long with my husband. I don’t appreciate that they ill treated me this way!

I went in with rolled up coins and they were quick to help me out. There wasn't a line so I was able to wall in and see the teller right away. They even gave me extra penny paper roll ups that I needed. Grateful to have been nearby in the area to turn in these coins. A/C also works great in here. Especially on a hot day like today.

Don’t do drive through here. Wait is horrible. They served commercial customers first even though several other lines were there first. I can’t wait to take my business else where

This is the slowest dang bank I’ve ever been to. Took over 10 minutes to deposit a single check, I waited 10 minutes and then saw them finally open up my deposit to start working on it.

Need to utilize a more discreet way when counting out withdraw. No one should be able to hear the amount I received.

Lazy staff, they had me waiting in the drive through la e 10mins como hile multiple employees were standing just staring at me, they were finished with the costumers inside and then came to tell me the drive through was close due to them being understaffed, the bank was dead, maybe they could’ve said something earlier while they were just staring at me making me wait, ridiculous.
