Stood at register for over 10 mins before anyone came to the register. They were not even busy. No one in drive through nor in the restaurant. Food good though and place very clean.

Second time I have tried to come here over an hour after they are supposed to be open based on the times listed on the door. Both times staff where there cleaning but the doors were locked. I even pointed at the sign and they just looked at me. Can't comment on the other issues people have because I can't even get in the door.

this place is a complete joke. no body cares about their job here. bathrooms are horrible and the dining area isn't much better.we waited 40 minutes for our food after ordering and they were not even busy. finally left after they couldn't figure out how to refund and contacted corporate, twice. have received 3 emails from the so called owner about a refund with just enough english to understand and 3 months later still no refund and won't respond to emails anymore. absolute disgrace to the wendys chain.

This Wendy's really needs to get it together or I don't see it being around very long. Especially in the forum where there are so many other places to eat. Unfortunately we decided to get off and eat. Worst decision ever. The lady at the cash register looked like she was on drugs. She couldn't even keep her eyes open. We had to repeat our order numerous times. We noticed when we were leaving that none of the employees were wearing gloves. It was empty inside. Multiple tables were dirty. We definitely would've left if it wasn't for our kids begging for nuggets. We definitely will not be coming back to this location.

If i could give it zero stars i would. i don’t see how this place is still opened with all the low ratings. obviously it’s an issue that everyone sees. employees are rude, and food takes too ling. they don’t speak they just hold their hand out for your card and nothing else. i would like my order read back to me cause im 50% sure they got it wrong after constantly just asking “what else?” and rushing the customer in a rude tone and i wouldnt be surprised.. the manager acts the same way. i asked for one specific sauce and got everything besides that and when i told them they had attitude. if you hate your job then leave. sadly this is the only restaurant open when i get off besides whataburger.

Bad customer service, inattentive, they ignore that one is waiting to order, they are all walking slowly, talking to each other... an unfriendly attitude, others are annoying, they exclaim at the back that what they are paid for... ? it takes them a while to place the order. .the floor is wet from the rain, not even anyone cares about checking the floors every time a client arrives ..or drying a little to avoid accidents.they do not have a good leader to organize them or perhaps because of the pay they do not make more total effort It's not their business. Well, maybe as their clientele decreases due to all this except work and they work hours anyway... I don't even publish the discussion my husband had with the manager.

Took forever to order, I went to say what we wanted there were five of us. 5 biggie/bacons, sweet and sour sauce..ok, I have one order well that be all... That kept happening, finally I see 5 biggies...then I look at the scene says:BBQ sauce. And then she commits to say no we don't have that, no we don't have that, we're out of that right now what do you in drink's ? Why didn't you say something? Drinks no flavor all carbonated water for our large drink's. Never was like that before, the food was really good. May just get the food ?
