Amazing experience, Giovanna went way above and beyond answering questions for us. We hadn't changed phones in 5 years so didn’t know the process and she stayed until 9pm helping us get new phones and watches all set up!

The service is great but they charge me nearly $90 every month when I only have a $65 plan. Also my phone is paid off so that's not the reason
