We had a car broken down in Seminole and needed a shop that would work with the parts we purchased and installed and they were able to take care of all of that. Reasonably priced, prompt, and easy to deal with.
It was all thanks to Chris who pointed us in the right direction. She connected us with Simone at Freddy's who was able to coordinate us with a tow company and took the car in the same day. The team in the back found the issue, informed us of a repair and then got it fixed and back to the car owner who informed us that the issue was resolved. If it wasn't for the capable team that Freddy put together things could have been a lot worse. From one shop to another, Thank you all so much!!!”

“I think they were great 😃. I am from North Carolina. Me and my wife were on a road trip and we had vehicle trouble. I called every mechanic in the area and as soon as I would tell them it was a BMW they wouldn't touch it. Even though there Web sites would say they did work on them. But when I called them they said they could change my oil or tires. But I didn't need tires or oil change. I needed real work or I was stuck. So I called Certified Auto even though there Web site doesn't say they work on BMW. So they went out of their way to repair my vehicle and dropped me and my wife off at our hotel and picked us up when my vehicle was fixed. And I would also like to add they were very honest and very reasonable priced.”
