The staff is good but the Internet is straight up junk. I’m a cricket customer I’m about to switch to Verizon. I literally had to get to Wi-Fi to finish my post. I recommend anybody go somewhere else if you want your phone to be working. it used to work great A few years back, but now it’s junk
