I had baught a thing for 20$ I wasent outside the store for like 5 minutes and turns out it didn’t work went back inside they said I needed a receipt I didn’t have one so I baught another one made sure to get the receipt this time went out also didn’t work went back inside I had a receipt this time she said she still couldn’t refund it so she basically mad told me to buy another one and with a receipt still not get a refund

Lots of work needs to be done to the store though, stock blocking off isles so you can't walk through them, shelves are half empty.

Late to open, the useless employee open the front door at 8:50 a.m. sign on the door says they open at 8:00Then I asked him a question and he said I don't knowHe clearly has no idea what you sell at your store completely useless and your store is a freaking mess there's no way I could find what I wanted even if I wanted to try it's a mess

It could be a good store just needs bew management. The isles are always so crowded you can barely get by when u want to pay you have to find a worker. And today I had a bit of an issue with one worker she was very rude!!!

They're really hard working and they were pretty hard to satisfy their customers and they give really good service

Convenient, and a good selection of products. But I was in line with six other people, and not a single employee could be found. Finally someone went to the back office/ storage area and found someone to come to the cash register.

Horrible customer service, everyone is always on their phone. Their was a obvious line of five people and three employees walked by with not a care. There’s also tons and tons of clutter everywhere. Almost impossible to find what you’re looking for.
