Atm locked our card in the ATM. There is no contact number to get ahold of anyone for after hours.Thankfully we were able to get it out. I would not suggest using the 24 hour drive through.

I’ve been banking here for a few years and recently the supervisor is never there and I can’t even deposit a 5000 check. If it doesn’t change soon i will be forced to leave.

Have dealt with two bankers. Both claimed getting my loan wouldn’t be any problem whatsoever. Both won’t return phone calls or follow up as promised. I do not recommend using this bank for loans.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Rita was so helpful when I needed assistance with my accounts while I'm out of town. She was so sweet and everything we discussed was done within the same day. Thank you, Rita! I've been with this bank for years and I have to say that their customer service is always excellent, and they are so fast about getting anything you need taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
