They were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got the right part I need it. I called a place in odessa and they made me leave the same message 3 times with what I needed and my number never heard from em, I texted Ray and told what I needed and I also told him I was 6 hours away and he made sure the part was what I needed thank you Ray.

Excellent service from Ray! Called all around Amarillo and adjacent cities to find a spare part and thankfully they had it! Extra delivery fee to get the part to us was more than reasonable for miles and time. Worth the call, and yoy won't be disappointed!

Poor customer service here I drove all the way down here from San Angelo to pick up a couple driveshafts and the guy at the front wanted to sit there and argue with me and tell me the driveshaft that I picked out was not gonna fit my truck and there were no warranty and no returns and nobody helped me get my parts out the door. These people are very rude and inconsiderate. I don’t understand why y’all have to be this way. I drove all the way up here to look at three trucks and had bent drive shafts on them and the one that I picked out that was not bent they refused to return, even if I wanted to bring it back, which I won’t cause I know it’s gonna fit these guys don’t have any knowledge when it comes to vehicles all they know how to do is sit on a computer and tell you what fits and what doesn’t the physically don’t go out in the yard and measure it themselves so I would take that into consideration before you decide to drive all the way out here from a different Town I won’t be returning here ever trashy place also the guy that was supposed to be helping me check out was very rude and uped the price on the driveshaft on purpose 50 dollars and when I got up there and decided what driveshaft I wanted, he had to speak to his friend in a different language for a long time before helping me very frustrating front driveshaft they gave me had a rotted off boot. I had to go to the Ford dealer and pay $35 for a new boot also I did not handpick the front driveshaft. I asked him if they could get me the front driveshaft which I had not looked at had I known it had a rotted boot I would’ve asked for a different one. The one I had picked out was the rear driveshaft.

Great salvage yard! I sent an inquiry and they got in contact with me the next morning. We paid for the glass I needed and it was ready by noon! Great yard and very responsive.
