There are fewer and fewer of these small town Wal☆Marts left. It is a plus for the community, but it is cramped and cluttered. Like most employers they face staffing. After several exchanges with store management and experiences on other stores, Wal☆Mart has great management but poor to nonexistent leadership.
Someone needs to tell them you manage THINGS! You lead people. The non-caring attitude of the floor workers reflects all levels of management above them. Including the CEO.
Remember Mr.Sam's speech on who signs the paychecks? Wal☆Mart has.

Guess Seminole is lucky to still have a Walmart, but it's a mess! More like a storage building. Plus if you pay with cash, watch your change as they are notorious for short changing teens and senior citizens.

Stopped in to see what they had. Kind-of small and cramped, but I was in and out pretty quick. I didn't see a vast selection of groceries, especially in meats. Will probably return in the near future.
