“I deliver for door dash here at the lake and that means miles and miles on my tires , I have a set I purchased at this location and I drive these tires to the tread , flats , road hazards I blow tires up with all the driving I do , these people always have me took care of , never an issue , they are always flexible and get me back to work in minutes, every staff member I have had come out has been super on point , I love this location, I give 5 stars every time , I highly recommend that warranty , it has more than paid for itself”
“Other tire shops quoted 130$for a basic alignment these guys are half that ,have used them a few times for tires and other things, always a fair price and excellent work on anything they do. Would recommend them to anyone who might have a $$ situation cheaper but not cheap work”

“Light went off on my vehicle, and I was worried. I pulled over and saw this place and pulled in. I was met before I could get out of the car by a very kind gentleman. I told him my problem, and he checked it out and and found my rear tire lower than the others so I asked if he would add air. After done I asked how much and he said it was OK and I marveled. Thanked him and gave him a little something for his troubles. Awesome and very clean place. Thanks to the gentleman I helped me when I was down. There are still some shops where the customer is placed first.”

“Emanuels tire shop in Seven points really did a number on my car when I bought a set of new tires. They scratched and bent one of my rims and stripped out one of my lug nuts and put the tires on anyways without my knowledge. They refused to replace my rim and said I must have hit something. I had to order a new rim and drive my car on that rim anyways(as I only have 1 car).
I should have never went there in the 1st place knowing Castillo's would have done me right. They put my new rim on and replaced my lug nut (which they discovered the other tire shop stripped out and put back on anyways) in less then 10 minutes.
I will only use Castillo's tire shop from now on!”
