The older lady that took my package was rude when I asked for a receipt. I asked her for the package back and she informed me that she had already scanned it so I could not have it back. I asked her how to track my package. She allowed me to take a pic of the label. I voiced that I couldn’t believe they have no way of providing a receipt and she said “believe it” and walked away. I will NEVER use this post office again!

This United States Post office doesn't accept debit or credit cards as payment.

Love the hours here, staff super friendly. Only thing I don’t get is why they can’t scan QR codes yet. I’ve actually been to smaller towns/post offices that have the equipment needed to scan QR codes easy peasy. Other than that, this is a great post office.

The 2 ladies that work this office are the most friendliest & help individuals. Their post office is always so festive and has just a peaceful atmosphere about it. Keep up the awesome work.

I use this post office location regularly to ship packages and they are always super helpful. Patti is the employee that I deal with the most and she is the most helpful, kind and caring postal employee that I have ever met. She even lets me know the best way to get the most value out of sending my packages, so I’ll drive to SevenPoints just to get her advice. Take my advice, if you have packages to ship, go see Patti in SevenPoints!

Hands down the best post office in our area! They are cash only, being that they are a contracted postal unit, but that does not negate their service! Top tier ??

Patti Davis helped me yesterday wrap a package and send it for me. She even found an envelop that I could use. What great service. She was friendly, helpful and definitely a credit to her office. She needs to be a trainer to teach new employees how to act.

I don't use this location, they overcharge you for postage. You have to pay cash, seems kinda shady. I was just robbed by the location in Mabank also. They need to be audited. Something is not right about the locations in Our areas.
