Daniel from d&d customs answered right away, drove out to them, and had them drive his car while he drove ours back to the shop. Tried to not charge us anything. Such a genuine guy. Thanks again for your help. We could use more people like Daniel in this world.”

“My destination was Seymour and my work van decided I didn't need air conditioning anymore once I exited for town. I got ahold of them first thing the next morning and drove over for an evaluation. I was priority one from the moment I pulled in and within 30 min they had a part located for my Mercedes Sprinter. I was back on the road in record time thanks to all the guys at Hays! “Traveling from Dallas Tx to Lubbock Tx with a stack of dumpster bins on a trailer, we had one of our trailer springs break in Seymour. luckily we were about a block away from this shop. We pulled in and spoke to an employee who told us they could fix it buy might not be today due to other vehicles they were already working on, I would have to talk to the boss. Mind you, I'm still 4 hours away from home. Mr. Randy (the boss) came around and after addressing the issue he told us to pull the trailer up to the garage, he got on the phone right away and began calling shops around to see if they had a spring for my trailer. He ended up finding someone who had one and even went out of his way to go get it. After maybe less than an hour of working on the trailer, he had us fixed up and back on the road. Definitely some good people.”
