My wife and I were super-impressed with the security, cleanliness and the very fair pricing of units. The previous unit rental business charged us twice what Pro Storage charged us for an identically sized unit. The manager, Paul, is a very fair, ethical and stand-up individual. Also, of all the storage units I’ve rented in my lifetime, this is the first to have carpeted floors inside the unit. My wife and I were very impressed with the entire operation.

Paul the owner is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The facility is well run. The storage is climate-controlled and has security with cameras, and a 24 hour, hassle free access. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used these storage units several times. It is so nice to walk into the unit on a hot day and feel the cool air. These units are always secure and very clean. I highly recommend this company and these nice units.

This is a great facility. The place is clean, secure, and very fair priced. The convenience to Shallowater is a no brainer. If we ever need storage again, they are my first call.

Holly and Paul at PRO Self Storage are wonderful! The facility is SO clean, brightly lit, and very secure. I’m impressed with how easy it is to set up a rental and payment. Everything is online and automatic! We’ve rented twice for (home renovation and to store items to have a huge garage sale) and both rentals were just perfect. I know it seems strange to gush over a storage facility- but it’s THAT good!
