I really hate that I order things through the mail and because items don't fit in my mailbox they will not be delivered at all to my house. I have to physically go out of my way to head to the post office and retrieve my delivery. I mean what's the point in having things delivered?

The worst mail service I’ve ever received. I miss living in Lubbock. Shallowater refuses to bring my mail to my house that doesn’t fit in the box, instead it gets left for me on the road. Even worse you can clearly drive the extra 30 seconds to my house.
Oh and when it rains they do not deliver because they won’t take an alternate route on the paved road versus the dirt road to get to my street.
Laziness. Wish I could give negative stars.

Worst mail service in the country, I have a dog so they won’t come to my house !!! Ups drops off my home chef once a week but our mailman with usps won’t come by at all and the rude people at the office said she doesn’t have to because we own a dog and once they see a dog they never have to deliver a package to your house again !!!
