We would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Shamrock Post Office for their outstanding service and support, especially during a crucial time when I was opening my new restaurant. Missing a delivery at such a moment could have been a major setback, but the team of Post office at Shamrock truly went above and beyond.
Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to step in and help made all the difference. They played a truly heroic role in ensuring all our products left at the post office and we can collect from it on time, and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness and commitment. Delivery driver never knocked on my door and left the "We missed you" slip by the dumpster, I was at the front door the entire time and NO ONE showed up. When I went to the post office, no one was working there, I went at 3 different times that day. USPS hotline couldn't help me so now I have to wait AGAIN for my package to be redeliverd. Absolutely dumbfounded, hope the delivery driver gets fired for lying about trying to deliver a package.
