I can’t even give a star to cavender. I have very bad experience about Land Rover San Antonio. Land Rover San Antonio says that place belongs to cavender group. I bought my Range Rover from them last year August. Still I did not receive my second key. But they promised me to give it within two months.Few months ago windshield got damage because rock hit when I was driving. I went to the Land Rover San Antonio (13660,IH 10 west). They fix it but they damaged trim piece roof & side beden. They didn’t fix it properly and I had to go three times. Only few days that part hold after they fix. After it come out. When they replace rubber beden they removed windshield trim finisher. But they didn’t fix that properly. When I was driving that whole thing came out. I had to brought back to the dealership. When I went to pick up it they damaged to the paint.even though this all not my fault they keep my car more than two weeks to fix. They don’t even tell me exact day to pick up.I went today to ask about car status. They said car is ready if I don’t go I don’t even know. I never recommend sales person Julian also. He don’t even care customer after sign the paperwork.I never recommend Land Rover San Antonio.I have another friend also have bad experience in this place.

I wish I could give Cavender zero stars. I've been a loyal customer for 12 years and I've purchased a Buick and Toyota from Cavender. Not to mention I have all my vehicles (3) serviced at Cavender. After 12 years I will not spend another dime at either Cavender location. Though they were "technically" correct about a service issue, I asked could they provide any assistance such as a loaner vehicle and they stated no, they'll provide the number for a rental car location. Keep in mind they have no ETA on parts and said they could only provide weekly updates. Also I'm spending 10k for this service repair. I've given Cavender close to 200k in 12 years and they couldn't even provide a loaner for delays on their parts. There's the right thing to do and then there's the right thing to do for loyal customers.

0 stars for service department. I got an appointment for 4pm. Got there at 3:48pm, sat in the service bay over 25 minutes before someone came out and checked me in. Checked 2 ppl in that came after me. Why have an appointment if you check people in like that???? Complaining does no good either. I complained to the service manager and he apologized and said he will expedite my service. 2 hours later my vehicle was ready. Did I have an oil change? No. Was it tire rotation? No. All I had was a piece of Toyota cheap plastic replaced that required 1 screw. One screw!!! Good lord you people need to rethink customer service and how things are done. Can’t blame it on Covid because there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. I saw 2 guys playing on their phones. One guy wears his badge upside down so you don’t see his name. One woman ignored me when I asked how to get seen in the bay. Pitiful! Zero stars!!!

I have never purchased a vehicle through Cavender, nor will I ever purchase through them again. My experience with their sales and service department, since I purchased my vehicle, has been nothing but stressful and unprofessional. I have had my car for one year and have already taken it to get fixed three times for the same issue, transmission. I have been given the runaround so many times with managers and directors who are very rude and condescending. In the meantime while I write this complaint, I still have yet to get my vehicle serviced or fixed. They explained to me that I was a priority in getting my vehicle fixed and would contact me as soon as possible to take my car in. It’s been 3 days now and in the meantime, I am driving my car around since it is my only means of transportation to work, therefore possibly causing more damage to my vehicle.

Terrible experience today at cavender toyota. You think after purchasing 3 brand spanking new Rav4s in less than 6 yrs youwould be treated better, but no. Who do I need to speak with in authority about this. I know if I send my critical review to this particular dealer,it'll get buried. A Vargas.

FRIDAY, FEB 26My experience at this dealership has been stressful, frustrating, and exhausting. After purchasing a vehicle in December, I thought that receiving my license plates would be an easy process. It is nearly March and I've yet to receive my license plates. After calling multiple times and dealing with front desk assistance that offered, frankly, no assistance at all, I was unable to speak to anyone else who could help me. Multiple times I was placed on indefinite holds hoping someone could pick up and help me. When I was finally able to find someone to help me, I was told the dealership's accounting department still needed to place the appropriate paperwork in order. Then, I was told that nothing could be sent until my paper plates were expired. I don't understand how someone at your dealership expected me to drive using expired plates - but this was the response I received. It wasn't until I was stopped by law enforcement and told that the VIN for the newly sent paper plates used the wrong number that I realized this egregious error on your behalf. I don't understand how you can permit this level of incompetency at your dealership. You should know that there are real consequences customers face because of your gross negligence.Monday, March 1STAt this point, I don't know if you guys are doing it on purpose or if this a joke to y'all. I finally received what I thought would be MY set of license plates on Saturday. After the emails and calls I did on Friday I thought that receiving my license plates would be an easy process. What was my surprise? I RECEIVED LICENSE PLATES, FOR A DIFFERENT CAR, DIFFERENT YEAR, DIFFERENT PERSON, DIFFERENT COLOR. I cannot believe the level of incompetence and negligence, it is clear to me someone is dropping the ball at the dealership and I'm paying for it. I just want to know what I NEED TO DO for you guys to send me the correct plates. I've sent emails, I've talked to different people and still I DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT PLATES after 8 weeks of waiting, a set of paper plates for the wrong car and a set of license plates for a different person, different car, different year and different color; again, please tell me WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?.
