Just for Air conditioning Relay issue they took two complete days and Patric was scaring me updates saying PCM is down, wiring is issue. And he is very Rude.
Other guys in the center are fine, however they resolved the issue but not on time. Their appointment in the website is not as per their accepted work.
However my silver rock insurance delayed approval, pep boys do hesitate to work with silver rock claims.
In final my experience was worst even if the issue got fixed. I will never visit pep boys

Great service and work! Manager was very friendly and they did a great job fixing my A/C problems. Would come back and service my car here again for sure.

Had my first time oil change service and other fluids top up with Military Road shop. I was received well and had a well with in the time service. Overall a good experience with them.

I cannot say enough good things about this Pep Boys location, and the managers I've encountered such as Patrick and Erica. Today I brought my car in for an overhaul of the power steering. They were thorough, professional, and fast. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, by about 2 pm it was ready, with the estimated time being possibly 7pm due to the high volume of work they had that day. So it was completed in record time in my opinion, and now it moves like a dream.
As a side note, I did witness an 'unhappy customer' when I performed my drop off this morning. Some terrible Boomer guy came in, saw the full bays, and the full parking lot of cars waiting to be serviced, and was unhappy that he could not get immediate service. He talked over Patrick, who was just trying to explain the situation, and left swearing at him like a petulant toddler. Patrick handled the situation as best he could. Again, I do not have enough kind words about Patrick and the rest of the staff.

Sorry, but the service advisor needs to find different employment and let someone take over that knows what they are doing and LIKES what they are doing. In addition, when I am at a shop and the only people coming in are unhappy former customers that is a clear signal. Glad I was just getting new tires.
