“I bought a POS bike from Walmart. So naturally you will find substandard parts and hell and fine substandard assembly. The pedals were cross-threaded, as were the extraction threads on the cranks. When I was finally able to remove the crank I found, it wasn't just the crank, but the whole crank set. So I went to Race Ready Repair, seeking this part. Alas they didn't have it, but they were good enough to track one down local for me. They did not have to do this, but it certainly demonstrates how they care for customers.Great job guys!
