Absolutely stand up folks. I went in looking for a quick release for my front wheel, and they were very knowledgeable and clearly experienced with the products. They didn’t happen to have the part I needed on the shelves but the did have a spare out of their repair department that they just gave me. Wonderful folks earning business the old fashioned way. I will be bringing all of my business this direction from now on. Kudos to Justin and the folks at Bike Land!

Went to get my brakes set— the staff adjusted both my brakes, loose seat and wheel and didn’t charge me — great service

Top notch!!!! Staff was some of the best for customer service and knowledge. Specifically went here to buy an e-bike because they carried the brand I was looking for and had a good selection. Having been a road bike rider for years this was going to be a change, but it was such a great experience and the time they spend with you “training” on how the bike works was superb. I haven’t given up the road bike completely, but this is a nice change. I will definitely Go See Ken.

Have a bike that needs attention, or need a bike? Go here. The staff is knowledgeable, take pride in what they do & are very accommodating. Want excellence customer service-go here! Shout out for Travis, he assisted me with a pesky reoccurring tire/rim issue: problem resolved. In addition, he answered every question about a new bike I'm considering including recommendations about custom parts I wanted to add. One of the best, if not the best, bike shop I've been to.

The guys there were very friendly and helpful. I could not, try as I might, get a new tubeless tire on my rim. They installed it in my rim without any fuss and did it gratis! Thanks so much Bike Land!

Bought 4 bikes from them over the years and they have always been great to work with. Drove an hour to drop off my son’s bike for repairs like I have done many times and n the past. Was told it would be a couple weeks due to the Iron man, cool no big deal but they would not allow me to drop off my sons bike for repairs. Repair guy offered to make a reservation for the bike repair which I declined then was chuckling and sarcastically said have a nice day.
At the end of the day I wasted 2 hours going to a shop that has become so successful you have to make a reservation to drop off a bike. It’s clear when a business does not want your business.
Thanks for the reply ~ never had to schedule to drop off a bike for repair in the past ~I could care less yall were booked for 2 weeks and it would take awhile to get back. Maybe put that on your website?

GO SEE KEN or Overpay for Shoddy Workmanship and Dollar Store Replacement Parts
This is a bit of a read, but INFORMATIVE AND WORTH IT!!!!! I purchased my Specialized at Bike Land in 2017. I’ve done several rides and triathlons, including a Half Ironman, with my beautiful bike. I started training for Ironman Texas in 12/2023 and decided to take my bike for maintenance this year (1/2024). Since I bought it from Bike Land (hindsight….MISTAKE….we’ll revisit this in a moment) I took it back there for maintenance (also a MISTAKE). $326 for labor, some parts (a cassette and a chain) and new bar tape. Several rides were on the trainer, but eventually I was able to get outside for a real test ride. I took her out and knocked out about 4 or 4 1/2 hours. The chain came off at mile 8 going up a hill…..which had NEVER happened before! My chain had NEVER, EVER come off!!!!!! I was able to get it back on and finish up my ride. The next weekend, my prescribed ride was 5 hours. At around 4 hours and 70+ miles in, going up a hill, my chain came off!!!! I couldn’t even get it to go back on/stay on because the derailleur seemed to have gotten bent or stuck, ending my ride early. So, having this issue now more than once, I took it back to Bike Land. The technician took a look at it got the chain back on and made some “adjustments”. I even asked him why the chain going to the big gear looked crooked and like it was rubbing. Now, keep in mind I don’t fix, build or service bikes for a living so I depend on the business (es) to do it right, and do it right the first time. He said he adjusted it so it wouldn’t happen again. They sent me on my way. The next weekend was bad weather, so I had to do an indoor trainer ride. Two weeks after the “tweaks” I had a 6 hour ride, this time outside. Again, chain issues…. I took my bike to Ken at BIKE LANE, FINALLY. He didn’t so much as walk out and get around my bike before a look of disappointment and frustration washed over him (because this is his absolute PASSION) as he said that Bike Land didn’t even use Shimano parts….they used CHEAP CASSETTES and a CHEAP CHAIN that AREN’T EVEN COMPATIBLE WITH SHIMANO…..hence all of the issues!! I SPECIFICALLY took my bike to Bike Land because I bought it from there and FULLY EXPECTED them to use the CORRECT parts. It’s like taking your Toyota to the dealership and getting some cheap, whack parts that don’t even work with your vehicle!!!!!! I left my bike with Ken at BIKE LANE feeling angry (at Bike Land), discouraged and like I can’t trust my equipment. Not a good feeling leading up to an Ironman. I picked my bike up a couple days later. Ken walked me around and explained what he had done and showed me that the parts he used to replace the Dollar General Store trash that Bike Land used were indeed ACTUAL Shimano parts; however, there is a huge problem. Because of the HALFASSERY, HAPHAZARD and shoddy workmanship and parts used by the clowns at Bike Land, my derailleur AND frame (WTH ?) are BOTH bent by the impact/friction from the chain or maybe from them trying to cram CHEAP PARTS into my bike. My bike is ruined. HOPEFULLY, she’ll get me through these last few weeks of training and Ironman TX….but thanks to Bike Land, I can’t completely trust my equipment. I went to Bike Land to speak directly to the owner but was provided his card to send him an email. I will provide an update on the outcome. I’m not one to just go out to buy equipment because I want to….now I have to. I PROMISE the place I go to when I make my purchase won’t be Bike Land! It’ll be BIKE LANE and I’ll GO SEE KEN!!!!!! And I will NEVER trust those clowns at Bike Land to “fix” or “maintain” ANYTHING!!!! I wouldn’t bring my stapler to them to be fixed!!!! If you want BEAUTIFUL, QUALITY bikes, service AND maintenance….GO SEE KEN at BIKE LANE!!!!!!!
